Kiddie Kare, Phoenix AZ

I understand marijuana is legal in Arizona but if people are working with kids this should not be allowed especially while driving kids! I was at a red light & this company's van was next to me, driver young Hispanic female with long black hair was smoking a vape pen while driving. And yes it was marijuana we both had our windows down & the smell came into my vehicle. I will be contacting corporate with the pictures I took of this young woman who had kids in the van as this is considered DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE!
