So much for displaying on their website to have “outstanding customer service”. A young girl, seemed to be Mexican, about 5’4 with curly hair mid length had an ugly attitude for no reason at all. She looked so annoyed she had to help me. Shoved shoes at me and snapped at me with a “you’re welcome” then went straight to the back. Out of the shoes I picked, what a coincidence they were all out of my daughters shoe size. Shouldn’t even be working in retail if you’re going to treat your customers like that. Had an outstanding customer experience at the neighboring store Buckle, ended up buying shoes there instead.
