Awesome and welcoming staff! I’ve been taking my daughter here and we have enjoyed their service. Will definitely be coming back.:)

Terrible communication and slightly sneaky service. You have to ask very specific questions about what they plan on giving your child to make them comfortable. My son came in for a cavity and they quickly rushed him to the back without providing any information until I had to slow the assistant down to speak. You would think when dealing with children they would have better communication skills. Also, they didn’t get to the cavities and the assistant only told me after the fact that his nose was too stuffy to inhale laughing gas that neither of his parents approved.

I’ve been going to kids connection from almost about a year. Victoria was the most experienced out of all assistants i’ve seen in the past.she knew how to work with my type of brackets and the girl i had before didn’t place my wire all the way through my back brackets.i highly recommend Victoria as your assistant.

Horrible. Will never bring my kids here again. Made an appointment to accommodate my work schedule to bring my daughter in for what I was told was a cleaning. The girl who made the appointment didn’t even give me the day or time she told me. I didn’t find out until the week of the appointment that she made it for a different day and time. She told me it was for a cleaning. My daughter is there for the appointment with the new schedule and it’s for a filling of multiple teeth. I was not told anything about her needing a filling let alone that she had a cavity. Terrible service didn’t even receive a single apology.

Nice place but you'll wait FOREVER in the waiting room and then forever in the back room. One time I waited for over an hour just to have the kids called back. After an hour and 15 minutes I left. They then marked me as a no show. It was terrible.

Staff is awesome and is very nice to my daughter and knows how to work with her keeping her calm during cleanings and check ups and she loves to go and gets excited to go to the dentist!

I’ve made my daughters appointments there and each time the day came, the office was closed and no one bothered to call me to let me know. It’s closest to my house, so I kept giving chances, but I just tried to call to schedule ANOTHER appointment for my girls and of course no one answered the phone. I won’t be going back. Customer service is horrible there

It was horrible the man that's been there for like 10 years just left and now there is a new lady Dr Augustine she was rude she called my 5 yr old son a special needs child in front of many other kids and my oldest came and told me. After I confronted her, her and her staff were rude to my other children. Told them 'Go with your mom NOW! I've taken my children here 10+ years and and never had this problem till I met this new doc. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL!

My daughter recently got her teeth cleaned here and it was very quick. The longest point was waiting in the lobby. She was satisfied and recently got her braces put on by Camelback Orthodontist. Thx!

Place is clean! Also not to mention staff is very polite, also they have a kids play area just in case there’s a little wait but usually on time with appointment schedules!

At this facility you will find that everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. As a parent I feel very comfortable bringing my children here because of the professionalism and have been doing so for about 6 years now.

My daughters have came here for a while and have received great care. The staff is very lively and they have done a lot to prevent COVID spread at the office!

My great grandson did a exam, x Ray's and a cleaning today. We were able to get in within minutes of our appointment and out in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased.
