Bad experience at the cash register Monday July 6,8: 20. Management watch the video? I don't like being taunted or asked to contribute to a criminal charity.
They have everything you need and they're treat you very nicely they're well prepared and the people are friendly and knowledgeable.
They are a smaller Ace at Stockton Hill and Northern. What they may lack they make up for in great customer service.
Sunday afternoon, garbage disposal leak — they had the parts, the know how, the instructions and even stayed a bit lat to make sure I was ok there is no finer place in kingman fore your hardware needs. Always shop here first!
So I went in there with a nut and bolt to get 3 more matches. In the time that I was in there the gentleman lost the nut. After staring at the floor and shelves and drawers for about 5 or so minutes I finally said "I have to get going, I'll just have to buy another one". Got a simple "Okay" and grabs me a new one and writes it down for purchase.
Now. This was only. 23 cents. But the principle of this is so much greater. This week I needed to buy a 525 gallon legged water tank and bands. On principle I made my purchase at TrueValue. Employees need to be empowered to make things right. I'm still giving 4 stars as every other time they've given me good customer service.this one just bothered me.
I love this store! They welcome you from the minute you walk in the door and have everything you need! They can always answer your technical questions and provide great help and information. You can barely find anybody to help at the big-box store down the street.
