Absolutely rude and condescending. Ive never dealt with such inconsiderate mean health care employees in my life. Call the federal complaint line at the White House if you have problems there, its the only way to fix it.

I don't know why all of the bad reviews are here. There is one guy that works the front window that talked very condescending to me when I asked if I could get my License back as I didn't want to forget it when I was getting my ID. There's a young man also at the front window who answers the phone also. He has amazing customer service skills and is always nice. My PA Valerie has been amazing and has been way more thorough than my civilian Dr. I absolutely love her and the thorough care she's given me since last year.

This is by far the worst v a clinic I have ever seen.all the vets I have met here all say they are going to Henderson and vegas for care because of the condescending attitude of the lady doctor that thinks she knows it all.newsflash - she doesn't.worst va clinic in arizona

I came here first in late June as a non-resident veteran because I needed a covid test after exposure. As a caregiver for my 84-year old veteran grandfather & the boyfriend of a transplant recipient, it was urgent, and important I get tested. I got the runaround and was told they couldn’t help me. I ended up calling the VA in California who WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME, while I was in Arizona. CA VA office called and followed up several times to make sure I could find Arizona resources.

I submitted my paperwork to transfer my VA file to Kingman in early July. Heard nothing. I ended up going through two alternative Arizona healthcare systems for covid testing.

I called Kingman VA today, November 4th, and I was magically in their system. Hmmm. I wait until December 18th for an appointment. I have heard about small-town veteran care before but seeing is believing. The staff has been cordial, and I’ll update this review as I learn more in the future.

I have always had a good experience here. I know the staff is harried by rude clients and they are overwhelmed on clinic days. The counter people are always willing to help me and answer all my questions. The medical staff as well are over the top. I just wish they had more so that the staff could put more time in with us. But that is the nature of the VA beast. Hurry up and wait, get through the steps, get on your way. Just relax and go with the flow. I'm glad we have them here.

Absolutely a very strong 4 stars in most areas. A 5 in customer service, cleanliness and friendliness of staff. The security personnel that’s always there when I visit is super friendly and assists things to move along smoothly and help customers out
The window staff are personal and friendly along with caring. Always a good experience with them. Especially James
The lab man is hands down amazing. He’s very personal and professional. He knows exactly what he’s doing.
Lots of parking available. Staff in the back are very though rough so far in my personal exp.
Don’t judge this clinic for being associated with the govt and things taking so long

They never call back after I leave my phone #. I have been trying for months to get an appointment.

I have a pretty low opinion of the service I have gotten here, at least part of the problem is that this clinic (like most of the VA) is completely over burdened. It takes a long time just to get an initial appointment, referrals take forever. Their phone answering system connects you to the wrong person quite often, and leaving a recorded message has never gotten me a call back or answer. Aside from the fact that they are over burdened, it seems to me that the staff here are trying everything they can to rush me out with minimal cost and time. Last time I was there I had an excruciating pinched nerve causing me almost total loss of use of my right arm.saw a nurse practitioner - no doctor was available, and got told to go buy a bottle of Ibuprofen (and NO, they did not have a doctor available to prescribe or dispense any medicine). If you have a mental health issue, forget about finding help here.

Some of the rudest people to talk to. They cut you off in a middle of a word, talk over you and never actually LISTEN too what you are saying. Even people listening in because I have them on a speaker hands free while driving ALWAYS comment on how rude and disrespectful they are, every.single.time. And those rare occasions you get someone helpful it's a surprising grateful shock.
