Amazing company, I highly recommend them! Extremely honest. Two other companies had told me my air-conditioning need to be replaced, come to find out only the blower motor was bad. It’s a breath of fresh air that honesty is still practiced in today’s society.

Josh and Christian are the best! They are so responsive and come quickly when I have a need. I use Kittrell Services for my personal homes and all of my rentals. They are so friendly and respectful. I 10/10 recommend them to all of my family and friends!

Update #1: filing a complaint with ROC and BBB.
Update #2: Josh did not respond to the BBB either (maybe he blocked their number too), thus bringing down his BBB score. The ROC is looking further into the matter as the statute states they can only help if a modification hasn’t been made (ie hire another company). Obviously, I had no choice but to hire another company because it’s the summer in AZ and Josh blocks customers he doesn’t want to deal with (see other reviews) rather than rectifying said issue.

I had been a loyal customer of this company for about 2 years (I just moved here) and had recommended this business to many (to my friends and I run a very large local FB group). Recently, I had my spring service and upon using my AC for the first time of the season a couple of weeks after my bi-annual maintenance, my AC was not working. The guy came out, couldn’t figure it out, then determined it was the schrader core and it leaked all my refrigerant. The owner, Josh, admitted this should’ve been addressed and fixed at my maintenance so gave me a discount on refilling my refrigerant. Well, about 1.5 months later and my AC is not cooling again, and on a weekend. Josh said to replace my filter because it was likely that, which was only 1.5 months old mind you. I didn’t have much confidence that this was the fix so I asked him to schedule me anyway. I was scheduled for Monday at 8 am. It was currently Saturday evening and already 86 in my house so I called someone else referred to me by a friend. They came out and determined that I had another leak at the coil and my refrigerant was steadily leaking out. They said that was likely the cause of the leak in the first place because the unit I have is known for this issue (I researched this too to confirm from various sources) and schrader cores rarely cause that massive of a leak. I texted Josh saying hey I got a second opinion and I’m not happy because we’re at square 1 and I paid all of this money for refrigerant when Josh didn’t even fix the issue. Josh responded and essentially asked what I expect him to do, that I was disloyal for getting a second opinion, he wouldn’t be coming out Monday, then BLOCKED me. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I see he’s blocked others as a means to remove himself from a negative situation after seemingly gaslighting his previous loyal customers.
DO NOT use this company. They’re nice until something goes wrong and they don’t want to deal with it.

Josh did an amazing job! Super helpful extremely knowledgeable! And trustworthy!

It is really hard to find that these days, we highly recommend him.

My husband and I have known Josh since 2016 when our AC broke in our condo and I needed a new one that week as I had many people coming over for my husbands surprise graduation party. He saved me 3k on a new unit compared to a larger company and was able to get it done the same week before the party. I’ve referred him ever since then, and he even referred us to a buddy of his that’s a plumber that we ended up using as well.

Thank god I kept his number cause fast forward to today our AC at our house stopped blowing cold. Mind you this wasn’t an AC Josh’s team installed. He remembered me first of all, and responded immediately and had one of his techs out here within 1.5 hours ON A SUNDAY guys. I was absolutely expecting him to say he could get someone out here the next day. His tech comes out and turns out our blower fell over, which ended up being a pretty quick repair luckily. His tech Chris was very knowledgeable and was happy to talk to my husband about all his questions and the whole setup. Payment was easy through Zelle.

Josh is a good guy and is always happy to help and I love that he’s a 3 man team as you get true quality service. I’ll continue to spread Josh’s name ever chance I get.

Josh is awesome, and so is the rest of the crew. I've used them for maintenance check ups all the way to complete system replacement, and everything in between. Their prices are super competitive and they are always on time. They stand behind their work if there is ever an issue and I plan on using them as long as I have a house with an HVAC unit!

I have always said that people qualify themselves with their reviews. Many are quite melodramatic. As a business owner in the service industry, I tend to be graceful with other businesses. I know what they are going through. A business is only as good as its employees, the products they use, and ultimately as their leadership. Everybody makes mistakes. But it’s how those mistakes are corrected that show their true character and integrity.
I have been using and recommending Kittrell Services for several years now. Unfortunately, I feel that I can no longer do that. I will try to keep this brief and to the point.

Kittrell Services installed a brand-new complete AC unit in my home. I felt the install was well done and thorough. I was happy with the workmanship and the product. However, the one thing they failed to pay attention to was the blower speed. It was like a wind tunnel in our bedrooms. Every time the AC would come on it would startle and wake us up. It was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation without raising our voices. I called Josh to see if they could remedy the situation and he immediately started to make excuses. He told me that I needed to add more return vents, and when I told him it wasn’t that way with the old unit. He said he’s been doing this for years and he was the professional. He also said that he would help me install new air returns, I wasn’t asking him to do that for free. However, he never came out to do it. I wound up having to do it myself. Afterwards, the wind tunnel was still there. No change at all. I called Josh back, and he finally sent an employee over to change the fan speed. Afterwards we were completely happy. Until! Six months later when it was winter. Guess what, there are two blower speed settings, one for AC and the second for the furnace. The employee that Josh had sent out, had never bothered to change the fan speed for the furnace function. So when I called Kittrell Services to get this resolved. Josh told me that I would need to pay for a service call, when I refused. He said that he would never do any work for me again. I have never asked Kittrell Services to do anything for me for free nor have I ever asked for a discount. But I felt like this issue should have been resolve in the initial.install.
As I said earlier, I am a business owner in the service industry. We service more than 600 clients a month. I have been recommending Kittrell Services to anyone who asked. Rather than to come out and resolve the situation that would have taken him 10 minutes at his convenience. He chose to block my phone number and lose my referrals and business. I have tried to contact Josh many times afterward to resolve this disagreement and he will not respond. There are many reputable air-conditioning companies out there. Do yourself a favor and find one that will treat you right.

Kittredge Services were professional and polite.

Our AC had a massive performance drop overnight. They were able to troubleshoot and complete the maintenance necessary to get it back up and running.

Our AC is now cooling our house much faster!

Christian and Josh were amazing! They knew exactly what needed done and did it. Their customer service skills are top notch, and I'm not a easy customer.they didn't bs, abs I know a little about the trade, so that spoke of very high integrity. They go the extra mile. Josh and his crew resized the duct work and added a return last fall (2021). Everything went as planned, they showed up on time to do an estimate and were on time and schedule with completion of the work. He will now be my go to for HVAC service.
