Would not recommend! Installed a water softener Feb 2021 and it has not worked EVER! Finally came out to “fix it” after multiple attempts of scheduling in Mar 2023 and charged almost $400 and it still doesn’t work. Manufacturer is helping us now but Kevin and Ana won’t even respond or call back about refunding the $400 they charged us to “fix it”. All of our sinks have while build up and not one apology - just avoidance and took our money. DO NOT USE THEM. Not even BBB backed!

Not only do they do do great work, but they are really good at communicating. They reply to text messages immediately and also keep you informed of exactly when they will arrive to do the work.
