Kneaders Bakery & Cafe reviews
15We went on a weekday for lunch and the place was packed.had sandwiches soup and cookies and 3 drinks and spent $54 so plan on an average of 15-20 per person. The broccoli cheddar bread bowl was very good and the sandwiches were delightful overall it took an hour to get in and out with the long line and wait.
Still following Covid guidelines.
Great food, serve you at your table and have suggestions if they happen to be put of your first choice meal.
Ordered dinner from Kneaders through Door Dash. We never received our order and tried calling Kneaders 10 times. I was immediately put on hold which lasted approx. 4-5 minutes and then they hung up EVERY TIME. Restaurants don't care anymore about their customers since COVID hit. They get their money and produce substandard food, service, and horrible customer service.
Out of bread at 330pm, on a Friday. This is a bakery! Are you seriously kidding me! Sooo overpriced as well! Sandwiches are "built" to look like the have a ton of meat. Not at all the case! This location sucks!
Great French toast but when we asked for more, we were told, "the head chef said there is not enough to have more. " I could see at the table next to us was at least 12 loaves of the bread they use for French toast. Very disappointed! I would never go back to this location
The young woman at the drive thru window tonight had phenomenal customer service! It was not like that some other time before with others.
Every time I come here they never have the soup I want in stock. I’m not coming later in the day either, I go there in the morning and the soup is already gone. For example, I’m sitting in the drive thru right now and the clam chowder is all gone. It’s only 9: 30 in the morning, they open at 7 and its all gone. Seriously? Rest of the food is good at least
We arrived at 9: 28 and the guy tells us that the grill has been turned off. Then we order chicken soup and he says they are out. I’m curious to know why they stay open to 10pm.
Very slow service. Most of dining area had to go ask where their food was. A lot of orders that were sitting and they had to look at each item to identify peoples food.
Product does not match price in size or quality. This is supposed to be a caramel machiato. Don't sell specialty coffee if employees are not trained to make it. This was a waste of taste, time and money and not anything close to the $5.48 spent. Do better Kneaders- this is pretty pathetic.
It is on the par with Panera Bread. They each have good items that the other doesn't. Their soups are hood. Except for an Asian vegetable, which was the worst soup I have ever had. I am not exaggerating.
No Decaf coffee, regular coffee too strong and bitter, overpriced for the food you get, menu description of food item is lacking.
Wish I could have taken a picture but it was devoured too fast. Their breakfast is the most heavenly thing you could ever order from a drive thru, heck even dining in.
I ordered a Ham and Swiss on rye. They forgot the Swiss cheese and the lettuce had black slime all over it. I showed it to the manager and he took my plate and walked away. No sorry, or anything. My friend had an egg and cheese sandwich and the cheese was burnt. Her Latte came after her meal was eaten. She spent 10 minutes trying to get someone to make it, then returned to the table. It took the longest to finally get it. Never again!
Usually good food and service. Not today.
Sandwich was made from end of bread loaf, about 2" in size. Will not be back to this location. Tried to phone and was told 5 times how important my call was while on hold over 10 min. Would recommend trying new restaurants across the street next to Fry's.
