I didn't catch her name, but it was the wonderful person with the pink hair and pink lollipop earrings that really made the experience. They where so kind and really helped me feel better when I was sick and just feeling like falling off the world. So for that I will happily go back, hopefully I see that bubbly person again. I still have the nice note they left for me.

Every single table that was not being occupied were dirty. Food was cold and just like it was all premade. Was very disappointed. Had to wait forever to try and get someone to heat up my food. They weren’t Even too busy.

Since the manager refuses to take my call and actually do their job, I suppose I will resort to an online review. Warning: When this store hands you your to-go order, make sure you take the time to check over your ENTIRE order. The employees working at this location are carless. I ordered a Classic Veggie sandwich and drive all the way home (25 minutes away) just to open the bag and find a bacon and ham sandwich that I cannot eat. How disappointing, especially since I don't live close and can't just swing back over to the store for my correct order. When you spend over $10 just for a sandwich, it should be the sandwich that you actually ordered. Very simple request. Your employees need to slow down and read and verify that the correct sandwiches are going to the correct people. Also, I suggest the manger re-evaluate your inventory procedures.only half way through the day and you are already completely out of croissants? Oh okay.

Their front entrance needs a restoration. The building outside looks neglected.
Their peanut butter cookies are consistently moist and taste great.
Cinnamon rolls had an awful chemical taste, not ordering again.
Their carrot cake was one of the best I’ve ever had.
Lemon cream pie tasted very good and refreshing, not overly sweet.
Cheese cake was REALLY good. (highly recommend)
Apple pie- filling tasted okay but the crust tasted old (refrigeration taste), and dry, gritty, not flaky.
Their cookies, except for the peanut butter cookie, taste like an afterthought. Not very good and not worth the $3 a cookie.
Ordering online and picking up is easy.
Do i recommend Kneader's? Yes, there's things they bake that are really good, but others that completely miss the mark.
Staff is friendly. (sometimes service is slow or seems understaffed).

Originally greated friendly at drive through order/menu. Placed my order and pulled to the window. Window opened and was just told my total and grabbed my card. No big deal.yet upon receiving my food, I notice a salad instead of the sandwich I ordered. Maybe miscommunication? Anyways I politely tell her it was supposed to be a sandwich. (my 10y/o was excited for this particular sandwich, the only reason why we went!) well she was extremely inconvenienced and took the salad, shut the door and a few moments later handed me the correct sandwich. Then shut the window. Probably just an off day but then I discovered my 5 y/o kids ham and cheese had mayo.asked for none. My chicken salad croissant was very skimpy. Mostly bread and lettuce. Makes me sad. I use to love this place. I will not return.

Food is always good but orders are not customized correctly. Receipt is correct but order comes wrong. This happens to often.

Last time.service is consistently slow.very disappointing! Won't be coming back! Location has seemed regularly to be understaffed! Manager on duty was working so hard.we complemented him for his efforts!

Friendly and helpful - excellent service! The kids love the caramel banana pancakes & the Extra Syrup was really appreciated. The pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are delicious!

Clear your schedule because despite premade soups and *gasp* sandwiches aka the fastest food ever to assemble, this place is sloooooooow. Like waiting 20 minutes for a single sandwich inside a dead store.

Ordered a hot latte, they gave me a cup with cold milk … to the girl in the short pink hair please learn how to take orders. It’s very upsetting having to wait in line for your order only to find out they screwed it up … not sure what your name is but it was the girl in the pink hair.
Not to mention when we were in the drive through it’s almost like she didn’t understand the word “hot latte “ if you don’t know just ask.but don’t mess someone’s order up just because …

Never in a BILLION years eat here.

Their prices are insane and the portion they give you is absolutely embarrassing. Paid for a $10 sandwich, yet instead got a $10 loaf of bread with ONE slice of ham. I had more Tomato's than I did meat. I never seen anything like it in any food establishment in my life. I told my wife I could buy a loaf of bread at walmart and a lb of sliced Ham from the deli for $10. I thought I was going to support a business today, didn't realize I was about to get robbed from them.

Easy choice in the future is just to keep driving or die of starvation either way I'm not support this place ever again.

The food is delicious and the employees are very kind and helpful. Took a minute to decide what I wanted and was not rushed or made to feel that way. The tarts are amazing, especially the Lemon one!

Ordered online to pick up at 11: 00 - 11: 15. Order was not ready until 11: 30. Items missing from the order. Very nice cashier did her best to get my order fulfilled on time, but that didn't help.

I had the lemon tarte and it was delicious! The crust was as good as the filling! Great customer service too!

Bailey took my order for door dash and as I pulled up to the window notice the button on her shirt and I told her that my wife would love something like that and asked if I could take a picture of it and she gave me the button little things like that makes people's day and it made my day she is amazing hands down five stars best experience ever for it being my first time there

Unprofessional management don't apply for a job here they will tell you got hired you got the job and then never call you back or reply to your texts or emails. Not how you conduct business and wrong on so many levels

During regular business hours, the drive thru was unresponsive and when we tried to go inside the doors were locked. No signage as to the reason why.
