Kota North Scottsdale reviews
26Love this location and the staff that run it! I am pool lover. A great pool and atmosphere. I live in the South end and only wish it looked like the North end. The chairs and cushions are very hard to accept, if you are a clean person. The same cushions on the chairs have been a issue for three years now. I only hope management takes note and immediately makes an improvement. I will be buying my own cushions soon if things don't change. In addition another problem has been around for years, the front gate never opens with my key, so use the side entrance. Otherwise, I only have wonderful things to say about Dakota. Thanks for all the maintenance help in the past, which they work very hard to keep the units running tip top!
I love living here! Everyone in the office is always super nice and helpful. If I have any problems I call and they always fix it. Maintenance is great as well. Good people. They carry dog treats on their golf carts for my pups!
Lived here for one year. No major issues. Staff and everyone is nice and helpful. Great location!
I am lived here for 1 and half years and this is the worst apartment I have ever encountered so far. The only advantage of this society is that the rates are cheaper than the nearby apartments. The are only 2 guys working in the maintenance department for the entire community and it takes them at least a week to fix problems in the apartments. The leasing people shout out loud that this is the biggest Mark Taylor community but they don't say that it has the worst management. I have seen 5 scorpions so far in my ground floor apartment. If you still want to live in this society then go for the second floor and renovated apartments. It might be better.
I lived here several years ago, and my 2nd floor apartment was infested with scorpions-I see this is still a major issue. Management said that this was "part of living in the desert, " though I've been living in the desert for 11 years and only saw scorpions in that wretched apartment.
I absolutely love living here. Great service, great location, can do everything I need online, includes valet trash service (the best ever!) and pest control services. Love everyone that works here too. Best place ever, walking distance from hiking (walk from Tom's Thumb, 14 miles round trip)
