Keith and his team were great. He answered every call and I had a lot of them. Was kept informed every step of the way. We had the property priced high and were told, but we didn't listen and they still worked with us. I would recommend the company and their expertise.

This review is for Erika Figueroa who is a part of KP Elite which is under Revelation Real Estate.

Erika Figueroa is a friendly and outgoing individual but lacks real estate experience. Before hiring her I tried to find reviews on her but after finding no history of her anywhere I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. As a first time home buyer, I found it odd to be able to identify her lack of experience through the entire process. It was obvious she was focused on closing the deal, thus I felt that 80% of the time she was working for the seller. The other 20% was me trying to convince her that what I wanted or requested was reasonable. At the end of the process after signing and having utilities under my name, I didn’t realize I wasn’t supposed to visit the property, and went to check out my new home. Long story short, she called me yelling and threatening me that I was going to be charged with trespassing charges and the cops were coming for me. I found it very unprofessional and very disappointing to be treated in that manner. However, I assume full responsibility of this treatment due to a lack of knowledge on my behalf. Unfortunately, I never received a call from her for a simple apology. Her broker did call me to ensure the sale was still going to take place. Regardless, if you are going to work with Erika, make sure you are comfortable with the purchasing process and also comfortable going though a million barriers to get what you want.

I highly recommend Pete Kamboukos and KP Elite. Pete is a very knowledgeable realtor with years of experience. He works hard to get his clients the best deal possible. He is easy to work with and responds to questions promptly.

KP Elite is an amazing team that really goes above and beyond for their clients. I have heard nothing but positive feedback from anyone who has used this team to help them along the home buying or selling process! We just wanted to say how absolutely amazing Keith and his team were. We called him very last minute to meet us, to show us some houses. He went above and even pulled a couple houses that weren’t on our list of perspective ones. He invited us to his Client Appreciation event and even met us really early before hand to look at houses. At any time I could text or call Keith with any questions we had. If he didn’t know the answer he found out for us. Keith and his team made our closing period so smooth, we never had to worry about it, they did all the worrying and pushing for us. I kept emailing them asking, “What’s next? What now? ” and I would get a list of what to expect from that point forward.
