This is my “happy place”! We having been coming and going to Krazy K for over 6 years. We have NEVER had a less than tremendous experience. The staff is incredible and extremely accommodating, they are friendly and we are all treated as family. The pool is sparkling clean EVERY DAY, hot tub the same. Staff is always available.
We have found that the other people in the park are friendly and willing to help each other. I cannot believe there are people who would complain about anything in this park! Highway traffic noise lets you know there are still people running around looking for a nice place to stop, there is not traffic in and out of the park at night—a great safety measure.
Obviously, I LOVE this place and am displeased to hear of negative reviews by those who expect WAY TOO much more. It is a super hideaway for those of us who dislike drama. Please keep my spot open Krazy K, I love you️️

I have been a nurse for 26 years. I served my country as a military nurse (retired) worked in various specialty areas. I have earned several degrees to include two doctorates. I have always been extremely proud of what I do and I often work shifts that are hard to staff, because I am a selfless person, who puts the needs of others before my own needs. I work as a travel nurse, often called to help out in facilities that are short staffed due to COVID. My husband and our dogs are in Sedona because I am on a work assignment.
I booked a spot at this rv park because I thought that this was a decent place to camp for the night and the owners seemed friendly enough. At FIRST. When I found out that my work assignment which was extended a day, I did not think twice about asking for reservations for another night. For my husband and dogs, because I work nights, therefore I would not be spending the night. I always ensure that my husband and dogs are comfortable, because traveling is not easy on them.
So imagine my surprise when I was told that “ because you work at night, you leave at night and we can’t have that here. ” First of all this does not make any sense. Considering the fact that we only stayed one night. My husband drove me to work and then returned to the campground and then picked me up in the morning when my shift was over. One round trip. But apparently this “was disturbing to the other campers? ” One round trip in the dark. To take me to work, so that I can care for sick members of the community. My working on a night shift is disturbing…See I don’t buy that poor, ignorant and not well-thought out excuse. My husband stated that he didn’t make any noise and it was before 7 pm. Just barely dark when he returned.
You see because people check in at night all the time at RV campgrounds. That is the nature of the beast. They even have a policy for people who check in after dark, requiring them to navigate their own way to their designated spot. Is this disturbing as well? There could be 3 or 4 late comers.
I think the real reason for her (the owner) not wanting us there was because of racism. Because I spoke to another travel nurse who stayed there, (who worked nights by the way), and she said that she didn’t have a problem. Long story short, we may have to end up staying at a rest stop. Well my husband will. I will be at work caring for patients. Surely the other campers would not “complain” if they knew the circumstances. I could very well be caring for someone that they know. It is such a small community. But much like during the civil rights movement, there was often no room at the inn for my kind. We were often forced to sleep in our cars and pee in Dixie cups because we couldn’t use the facilities. And I guess at Crazy RV Park Camp Verde there still isn’t room or an RV space for a war veteran. Shame on you.

Sue and all the staff are as nice as can be! The park is a little older but they keep great care and uptake in it. Pool, hot tub, laundry, fitness room. I’ve stayed here twice and will be back

I usually do state parks or boondock, but I love this little RV Park! I went from staying 2 days to nearly 3 weeks! It is a small Park that has a small everything but everything is neat and clean! Small pool, hot tub, laundry, exercise room and check-in station. You are not on top of each other like other RV parks but of course you don't have as much room as you would in a state park. But there are trees everywhere. And only 22 miles to Sedona. I would have given it a five except it's gravel, although level, and close to highway 17 although a good wall between you. VERY reasonable.

Great little park! Staff is super friendly and the park is well maintained. Lots of grass for our puppy and the sites are nice and wide. The hot tub was wonderful. Close to highway but very little road noise. We would highly recommend this park.

You get highway noise but seems to quiet down at night. Mostly long term residents, but they were very quiet. We had a great time and would stay there again.

A very quiet and quaint, homey rv park. A place for the pups to run around, laundry, facilities, pool and spa, at a very affordable rate. The management was really friendly and helpful; they take a lot of pride in the park. We'll definitely be back.

This place is a hidden gem. Stayed a month and was the perfect location. Close to Old Cottonwood, Sedona, Jerome and can’t forget Happy Jacks. The park is clean and well groomed, including the laundry facilities. People that work there are friendly and willing to help. One of our favorite places.

The park is in pretty good shape overall, didn't use their facilities but other than that it is kept up pretty good. However they could fix the road leading into the park. The highway noise at night was a little much. We had company come see us and at 8 pm the lady that owns the place came around and was upset because they were still there. Reason being is they charge 5 dollars for any additional people staying overnight. Well our company didn't stay overnight and so just to make her happy I paid the extra money. I guess her interpretation of overnight is different than mine but I think she should update her website to reflect what overnight really means. Bottom line don't believe their website. We will never go back because of how we where treated over something that should have never happened. For this reason I only give them 1 star. Traveler beware In fact just go find another place to stay.

Mostly full-timers, ended up in overflow next to the highway. We had water and electric which was fine but they had no dump station.
