I have had a very positive experience with Krikawa and love working with the staff. I have had two beautiful rings and several pair of earrings created and the workmanship is top quality. They recently created a gorgeous one-of-a-kind pendant design which is currently in production. As always, Mica and Lindsay were very patient and respectful of my vision and a joy to work with. Together we collaborated and Lindsay's artistic talent took my vision and designed a magnificent piece of art. Mica is a jewel, always very responsive and answers my inquiries promptly. The designers and leadership team are wonderful. Krikawa Custom Jeweler is a five-star jeweler and I look forward to working with them on future creations.

I wish I could give Krikawa 10 ten stars! First, the engagement ring they designed with my fiance was better than I could have ever imagined. It is absolutely the most gorgeous ring I have ever seen! My fiance said they were a pleasure to work with during the design process. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with them again to design our wedding bands and those were also better than we had imagined. We had symbols inscribed on the bands and they were so clear and well done. They are always extremely communicative, detailed, quick to reply/produce and kind. I love how they thought of everything with the design of the rings. They also have a knack for understanding exactly what we wanted. They are the epitome of what all customer service should be like. I am so happy with our rings, I could never get another piece of jewelry anywhere else. As an added bonus, the rings come packaged beautifully and with great care. We will definitely work with Krikawa for any future anniversary jewelry:)

Krikawa was a wonderful surprise for us as we were surfing the net and stumbled across their designs. They were very detailed and diligent I their quest to have happy customers. They customized their financial program to suit my needs. They also accommodated a change in date twice with no issues whatsoever. We will definitely come back for future special occasions, this unique ring for my future husband was a fulfilling experience.

My husband has been going to the Grand Canyon since his childhood. Every year he would go with his Grandpa and other friends/family. Even into his adulthood. Still to this day. Krikawa gave me the opportunity to not only give him an incredibly personalized ring, but one so special he will cherish and pass on to our kiddos.

Through the whole process there was great communication. There was an issue with the first ring they created and it was handled so professionally. Note: I also ordered later than I should have. So! Since his ring wouldn't be at our wedding they sent me a ring he could wear. I'm sure some would be completely peeved, by this, but as I said, I ordered late and their was an issue. Either way, we still got married and it was beautiful. We got the ring and we were both MORE THAN PLEASED.

When we got to the Grand Canyon for our trip this year it was magical to see the topographical features of the Grand Canyon on his ring while it was sitting on the rim. (Scary but surreal)

The artisans at Krikawa made stunningly gorgeous wedding bands for us. The process (including guidance with design) was easy and we are very pleased with the final product.

I am a jewelry appraiser and my usual week means seeing a lot of rings of every shape and description. I wanted something different for myself and mokume gane had always been on my wishlist, so finally the opportunity arose where I could reach out to Krikawa to begin the process of a custom ring for me and my fiance. I have to say, from start-to-finish that the journey has been extremely smooth and Krikawa went out of their way to accommodate our bumps in the road due to scheduling issues. They send ring blanks for you to try on and make absolutely sure that you sign off on the size, style, stones etc before the goldsmithing phase starts. I can't praise this company enough.high quality and excellent customer service.
