10 hrs to unload a meat load. They said they were "short staffed" but after reading reviews, it seems like it's an all the time thing. Avoid this place.

Pray to God you never have to come here. You have to pay for lumper and they are slower than molasses. Been here since 9 AM for a 10 AM appointment, it's now 1730 and still haven't gotten my bills back yet. They don't care if you're sitting, and certainly don't care about your time or situation. I've been to allot of slow and horrible places. This place is in the top 3! I'd give less than one star if it were possible. I WILL NOT deliver here EVER again unless it's drop and hook.

This place is extremely fast paced and efficient. If you want to try and work here you better bring your "A" Game and some water.

I at first thought it was a great place to work. Within a month I realized my hours weren't matching up with my pay. Other people in the department told me this was a problem and I was told it was a permanent direct hire not a temp agency. I realized that it's not even Kroger is capstone Logistics, and I've been trying to get a hold of human resources for a week now and can't seem to get in touch with anyone.

Third time I've been here with 3 or less pallets 7 hours later still here this place needs to be reported to bbb and I believe I'll be that person were on time limits.worst place ever I say stop bringing freight here!

Attention owner operators: 12 hours from arrival to finish! I was 30 min early for delivery appt! They have no time or space for your delivery! And they are rude disrespectful people! Avoid this place!

So worse place. Don't late more 30 min. I was late on 25 min and stay at line 20 min (total 45) they say make reschedule. Omg, broker was making it 24 H. Reschedule have maked in 36 h.

Worst place to deliver 6 HOUR WAIT JUST FOR PAPER WORK and this is all the TIME!

My wait at Kroger DC was terrible! The gard wouldn't let me on the property to deliver the food. She told me to come back at 1530 hours and don't be late or I will be turned away again, this load was all ready a reschedule because of two flat tire changes to come back at 330pm and be put in a doc door till 3 am is worse than torture. Their should be laws preventing this kind of treatment to deliver people

10 hours to unload my truck this place is trash management is really suck. Never doing load again for them very lack of service

I was SHOCKED! To be out of there loading dock in less than 4 hours. Been going there for years 1st time it's been less than 6hours.

This has got to be one of the absolute worst places to unload for truckers.there is a huge lot full of us who have been stuck here for over 9 hours. When you go to check on your status, all you get is rude people who will only tell you they will call when they are done. When you walk along the docks, it feels like a ghost town at times, due to the lack of actual people working. If I owned this place, I would be pissed at how it’s being run.

Showed up at 1715 for 1800 appointment time. Didn't get unloaded and out until 1300 the next day. 20 hours? Rude people to boot. Not doggo friendly. Avoid.

Truckers! If you are coming from buckeye rd, it's the first driveway on the west side on 99th ave. It's the Frys Supermarket DC.
They've come a long way in customer service-I found friendly and fast (3hr) service at the guard shack AND at the lumper's window.

This is why I Support President Donald J Trump wish ICE come here and Clean this place from Undocument Animals. Horrible place
