I would comment on their customer service but I can't on something that doesn't exist. I called on a Sunday to confirm if item was in stock & confirmed it was in stock & that it would ship the next day & they'd e-mail me tracking info. The next day comes & goes and still hadn't received shipping confirmation/tracking info. I called to follow up only to find out that it hadn't shipped yet but was packaged, processed & was just waiting for FedEx pick-up. Cool, no worries. Yet another night passes & still no shipping confirmation or tracking info. Checked my FedEx account to see if I had any incoming packages. Nothing. Weird. I was told it was, "packaged, processed & ready for pick-up" yet there's nothing coming up in FedEx's system. Hard to schedule a pick-up with FedEx when you haven't so much as created a label. I e-mailed them to inquire what the discrepancy was but coincidentally a label was finally created shortly after they opened for business the day after I sent an e-mail & hand delivered to FedEx and they have yet to respond to my e-mail. Then again, how do explain not shipping something on the day you claimed to do so.not once but twice? Or processing a package for pick-up when you haven't even created a label? Needless to say, I will never give them my business again and to be honest I don't think they care, otherwise they would've attempted to rectify the situation. You would think they'd want someone that just bought the priciest boot only skates on the market as a steady customer.

Great workers, but just way to expensive for what it is. My board snaped in the first week or so I had it, they told me not much they could do. Tax is also extremely over priced I payed nearly $20 just in tax

I don't normally post reviews or give companies a pat on the back, but after a ton of confusion, frustration and searching, Dillon at Kulture Ride Supply came through and finally got me squared away, most companies I've dealt with you place an online order and pretty non personal interactions, this guy and his whole company treated me like a friend and made sure my order way taken care of. These guys are awesome I honestly can't say enough good about then, hit um up!

Really nice customer service but some of the stuff was pretty pricy, but it was a very good experience non the less

Extremely overpriced, I spent 120 dollars on a deck and grip, just to see that it was warped on my first session. It snapped immediately. Usually I’m always down to support your local skate shop, but the owner clearly does not care in the slightest about its customers. I’ve heard similar stories from other skaters about this shop all saying the same thing about overpriced product that’s not at all worth it.

Awesome shop they have Them skates, usd, wheels wax, if you blade, there's a shop in the Mall!

Closed at 5: 30 pm on Thursday when it says open till 7pm online. I drove to the mall for no reason, thank you very much, I'll find an online skateshop.
