Kyrene and Warner - Goodwill - Retail Store and Donation Center, Tempe AZ

I’m a regular thrifter, and this is one of my favorite stores in the east valley. I’m usually surprised by the quality and quantity of furniture at this store. Overall, this store is generally clean and well organized and the staff are friendly. This store is definitely worth checking out on a regular basis.

Love the store and the employees but the store manager april makes me not wanna ever go back there. She's rude and very disrespectful.

5 stars is for all the friendly staff, better than other locations. Otherwise the stock is like any other Goodwill.

Very sweet and patient cashier. Helped me get a discount for a school purchase that was out of my own pocket. Great service!

Went today on 50% off Saturday. It was very busy as it always is. That doesnt bother me, but what does is having 1 singular bathroom for all patrons, male and female, and it looking as if its NEVER been cleaned. I had to take my 2 year old in and hover her over the toilet because their were zero toilet covers, no toilet paper and poop smeared EVERYWHERE. It only takes a few min to walk into a bathroom and wipe it down.

Lots of fabulous finds, however, the bedding smelled like vomit and my husband found a shirt with goo. I recommend that they utilize laundry service more

Bought (and paid for) a bike.
Had manager tag it as sold and, perhaps foolishly, assumed it would be safe until I got back with a car to pick it up.
WRONG!
Apparently the manager left it out on the floor and it was sold to someone else.
I was - begrudgingly - given a refund as though it was a huge favor.
In my opinion, this store is untrustworthy.

This Goodwill is one of the best priced Goodwills. It has a wide selection of clothes, furniture, housewares, etc. The customer service and organization of store are descent. The restroom is always dirty and needs updated. I purchase mostly housewares and occasionally clothes.

Personally, I always end up at this store when I have left disappointed from some of the other Goodwills in the area. This location seems to have a larger selection, as well as having some higher-end brands. The staff is friendly and I am never disappointed leaving this location!

This store is nasty. Over priced clothes & housewares. Not worth my time sorting through racks of clothes in the hopes of “a find. ” Shoes were disgusting, old nasty worn out. Sixty percent of them are not to give away, let alone sell.

Bad racist management and croocks supervisors it's a Jewish profitable outfit, they don't care for public's all they care for is their high salaries it's a bad bad organization. They still owes me money for the work I did before getting me fired racist pigs.for rating 2 out of 10.thanks.

Overpriced for used clothing. $9.99 for no name kids jeans? ! Use Offer Up for now on. Goodwill stores are nothing but a rip off anymore

Always good but book prices for children's books lower at Goodwill on corner of Rural and Guadalupe

This one has more items than most of other goodwill locations. Customer service was okay not great.

They would not allow returns on kid clothing when the tag is off. (I couldn't get my toddler to try anything on with tags on). I return them to another store without problems. We will not shop there again.

Very disorganized, this place was also very expensive. The same dresses pretty worn out had the exact same price taken as Target, new! The sizes are never in order, despite being there less than half hour before they opened. No employee at no time (while I was in, 45 minutes) rearranged or checked that the sizes are on the side of bar whey there belong. I don't get the outrageous prices, as at my local Goodwill in Peoria, the prices are as low as one third than in this place. Not coming back.

Why support this 'franchise'?
There are many more deserving charities than these con-artists!

Top notch for books. There's a ton, and most are pretty good ones, especially young adult fiction.

Went to buy PC monitors, none of them have either a data chord or power cord.there were so many I could buy but could not without chords
