A beautiful bakery and restaurant with a French accent. A relaxing place to meet we greet and enjoy excellent pastries, coffee tea etc. Spend a few extra dollars and enjoy the extravagants.

Very rude and bad customer service. I walked in like 3 minutes before 3: 00 and they told me they were closed and I said but it's not 3: 00 yet and then the old man started saying something to the girl and the girl says no we're closed I'm sorry we're closing early today. And as I was walking out I overheard the old man criticizing and mimicking what I had said. Not a place that I want to visit again.

Baguettes? There is nothing that approximates what is called a baguette in this place! These people would not know a baguette if it hit them on the face! And the prices ohlala. Save yourself the aggravation and buy the croissants at Costco. 4 bucks for an insipid Walmart like concoction, I bet you get a box for that price elsewhere. What a farce! Call yourselves something else but not baguette! We wouldn't give it to the dog in France.

The owner is a grampy, rude, old man, and I think he's racist too. Most people working there serve you with an attitude. I think, from the many years I've known the place, a few items are fine, but the rest is all americanized.
Unfortunately, it's the only french bakery in town. All the other ones that opened in the past didn't survive.

I love their bread and sweets, delicious. I drive 40 minutes across town to buy their baked goods. I feel they are that good, 5 star! Make sure you go early in the day. I've shown up a couple times near closing recently once a minute or so before 3 and the place was completely closed up so I went in through the open door at ghinis, not knowing not to do that! And was greated by a very rude man stating we are closed, okay then! Last time a few weeks ago I went in around 2: 40. There was nothing on the breadrack but a couple epi, and the open light was off.what was upsetting was they had started packing all the bread away into bags, a lot of bread. When I asked if I could buy one I was told no they were going to be donated, that they donate all of their leftover bread which is super nice that they do that but shouldn't the bread be available to the paying customer during business hours before being packed to donate?

I go there for a gluten free banana walnut loaf. It is excellent. I wish they had more gluten free items

It's a very decent bakery. They don't have the finesse you would expect from a bakery in France, but for a local option it's good.

I'm another customer that will not return because of the rude customer service. On top of this, I ordered multiple different pastries and bread from them and when I returned home not everything I purchased was in the bag. They sure don't forget to ask for a tip though.

The crust. The taste, the friendly staff, and the sole simpleness of the bakery is amazing. Small batches, small wonders.

Food is good, but service sucks. I probably won’t return again, for me having to deal with rude cashiers just doesn’t make it worth it. I’ve been about 5 times now and every time the girls who work here are rude. The last time I got there at 2: 30 and they don’t close till 3, and she made it very obvious that I was not welcome. I was going to get one loaf of bread. All she had to do was put it in a bag and ring me up. Would have taken her less then 3 minutes. I just turned around and left.
