La Casita reviews
18Great small restaurant, the food was hot, service was quick, portions were just right, never had been there before and I will definitely be returning. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it was pretty crowded but that's a good thing for them.
Very good food. We've had lunch there several times the huevos con chorizo is awesome and the chicken tortilla soup is amazing. The portions are large and the the prices are completely reasonable. If you lucky and you get the spicy salsa it complements everything extraordinarily.
Fantastic little spot for local comfort eats. Everyone was very friendly. The portion sizes are huge and the drinks are strong! Highly recommend the al pastor tacos and red sauce on the enchiladas. Everything was absolutely delicious and we will definitely be back!
Very nice place with delicious food and hospitable staff. We came rather late because we had just arrived in town, but they welcomed us with pleasure and we had a great meal. The decor is bright and pretty. The food was tasty.
My only concern is the misleading prices, read carefully on the lunch menu, prices are Mon- Friday only!
We ordered Chili Colorado $13 (lunch) NO we went on Saturday and $17. Nothing on the menu says anything about that! Disappointed on hiding prices! Food good, but VERY MISLEADING!
Just off the main road with plenty of parking access. Was busy for a weekday lunch so that tells me locals like this place. My meal came out quickly as expected however the flavors weren't great. Would expect more from the locals spot. Decent margarita. Just soso on the shredded beef enchilada, El pastor taco, beef burrito combo I ate.
Highly impress with the food and service. We were a group of 5. The food was delicious and very flavorful. We were welcome by great people. The server and the buzzer were very attentive. 10/10 we will come back soon!
Cool little place off the beaten path. Lots of parking across the street. Great food and amazing service. Basket of chips with salsa and beans served when you arrive. Good menu with lots of choices. Opened on Monday's when most other places in the area are not.
I wished I could give it zero stars. To be honest this is my very first time rating a resturant this bad. The food was not close to being good or even authentic.
La mera verdad me gustaria darle cero estrellas. Honestamente es mi primera vez dando una resaña tan mala. No está buena la comida y ni es autentica.
I ordered takeout here. Cost a pretty penny for okay serving sizes. The food was good but not great. It sort of all tasted the same. It was the only Mexican place open on Sunday in this town that wasn't fast food. Overall it was mediocre and I wouldn't return, especially for that price. I tried Gabriella's taco shop the next day and they had similar prices but way bigger portions and very high quality food. So that's my go to when I come through in the future.
The chicken in the chipotle chicken was extremely bland, zero color or seasoning, and the chipotle sauce was literally cream of mushroom with chipotle seasoning. How is the Mexican food in PA better than a restaurant in AZ…
Service was horrible. Waited 10 mins just to be asked what we wanted to drink. Waitress didn’t even say anything to us like, “How’s your night, my name is _”. When she did come around to ask what we wanted to drink, she gave us major attitude and talked to us like we were dumb. Overall horrible server
Outstanding food and atmosphere! Don’t judge a book by its cover! When you walk inside you are transported to Mexico! Colorful! Vibrant! CLEAN! The salsa is excellent! The Mango Loco Margarita is excellent! The Molcajete Alhambra Lava Rock is the best I have had anywhere! Staff are friendly, polite and
We had dinner last night and the food was delicious. The restaurant was packed with people by 4: 30 pm on a Saturday. The drinks were great as was the chips and salsa. I had steak fajitas that were yummy and my husband had the pulled beef taco with tamale and enchilada. We have we traveling in Arizona for 4 months and this was the most delicious Mexican food around. You won’t be disappointed!
What a gem! A quaint smaller place with indoor/outdoor seating. The food is fabulous. You know how sometimes you order Mexican and it comes out fairly fast? Didn't happen here because each entree felt individually prepared with care. Fajitas-both steak and chicken-were the best we've ever had. Our son had Tres Amigos and loved it. Plenty of chips and good salsa. So glad we came upon this really cute place. Not a lot of staff.but they work their chimichangas off to wait on everyone. Well done!
Come to this location every time im in town visiting my parents. Everything i have ever got here was delicious. Food comes out hot and fast and feels very authentic. Drinks were great. Chips were hot and fresh and Salsa+Bean dip was delicious. Staff super friendly and helpful. We got taquitos, a Torta, and burrito and everything was amazing. Even when full, the wait for food is quick. Cant wait to come back more times.
I got the tampiqueña and it was absolutely delicious. The enchilada sauce was perfection and the beans were extremely tasty. As far as dessert the flan was spectacular. The Cuban mojito was refreshing.
My husband and I have been here frequently the last few years. Good and drinks are always good (breakfast and lunch @a good value). What makes us keep coming back is Bruce! He’s always so friendly and welcoming.
