One star for the fact that they left hundreds of marketing flyers with the words "URGENT NOTICE" on it all over properties for other people to clean up. Way to trash someones community guys. Props.

I’ve been calling this place for 5 straight days trying g to cancel my membership. I was told that you must now talk to the club manager to cancel your membership. Guess what? He/She is never there. Called mornings, lunch time and afternoons. Left a message two days ago with my name and phone number, nothing happened so far.
Be aware of this outrageous cancellation “policy” before joining what’s left of LA Fitness.

I went into this gym to cancel my membership on my only day off and was advised that I am unable to do so on the weekends. Wow, what a huge inconvenience, I work 9am- 6pm Monday through Friday and I often pull 12-13 hour work days. That was also the time frame I needed to go in speak to a manager which again is impossible. I do not have the time to cancel my membership during the week. I have been a customer since 2012 and this is how you treat your customers? Thank you for clarifying why I will not be staying at your gym.

Terrible customer service. Since changing to esporta, I wanted to go to the $20 tier and they wanted to charge me $200 to switch! The manager didn’t even care that it’s basically charging an entire years member to switch. Membership canceled.

I love the new set up inside as this gym HAS IT ALL! If you want cardio, machine weights, free weights, swimming pools, racquetball courts to steam rooms, they have it, BUT THE WIFI STINKS! It works in certain parts of the gym, but not everywhere and that makes me want to go to the other LA Fitness that’s a little farther way! I have T-Mobile for my cell phone service and using data inside the building is not that great so Wi-Fi is a major thing for me.

Over charge. Recently before last payment I called to freeze my account which is $10 a month instead of $35, and they charged me for that month still $35 and this month they charged me $10 and an additional $35 from the original payment. Just a rip off overall go find a cheaper and better gym.

A lot of broken cardio equipment, the staff is aware because I see the signs on the equipment saying its broken and needs service. Two tried milk next to the broken one also not working. I was surprised at the amount of broken equipment.

Awesome location, spacious, clean and plenty of equipment. Great management. Ash, Zac and Ali make a solid team. Keep it up!

Not busy at all in the mornings as compared to others that I've been to. All new equipment. I wish they had longer hours for child care on the weekends but that seem to be a problem with all LA fitness.

I go here all the time and for the higher price than say EOS, I think it’s worth it. The place is never highly crowded unless at peak times. Good equipment that is hardly out of service. There is a racquetball court and a pool that I personally never used but can be good for the right person.

Great local gym, racquetball courts, pool, basketball courts and the latest equipment along with spin classes.

Friendly staff, clean gym, well maintained, full amenities. Nothing to complain about here. Plenty of the right equipment you need to get into shape and stay in shape. Stay clear of the smoothie bar called Kiwi. Prices are really high, workers can't speak to the ingredients of their protein powders (which are all junk anyway) and you'll be pressured into joining their frequent customer plan.

Friendly enough staff, clean facility as workers are always typically cleaning one area or another, assistance has always been available when need, updated equipment (at times there are overly worn covers). Nice place to workout overall. Would like to see expanded early morning weekend hours.

Come here everyday, very nice quite gym. Some nights get busy but nothing to complain about. Staff are nice, although I don’t recommend the trainers here at all, one has had a broken arm for over a month and still trains Individuals not very professional to look at. The gym itself gets the 5stars and all the cleaners deserve the 5stars aswell!

This is the cleanest gym thanks to their cleaning person Ashley! It doesn't matter what time I go in she is always cleaning the gym and the equipment on her hands and knees! She deserves a huge raise. My family and I were contemplating switching now that it's time to renew but have decided to stay with LA Fitness thanks to how sanitary and clean she keeps it! Thank you Ashley!

Great new facility, tons of machine. When you sign-up up, the staff will be very pushy to sign-up for the towel package or personal training packages and will even call you at work during the day. I like this place even after the first week blitz at my purse.

I can't understand how this place is so dirty when I come first thing in the morning on the weekend. It should be cleaned at closing the night before. The trash sits all night and is overflowing in the morning.

Definitely hands down LA Fitness is the best gym to go to in Arizona in the Gilbert location with the setup you can't beat it the whole Plaza is growing and definitely excited to see what's going to come along with it also extremely thankful for them allowing me to offer my HK meals inside of their gym at Oasis juice bar

Compared to the other gyms that I have gone to this one feels to be more spacious, has better equipment, and stays consistently clean.
