Unfortunately this facility does not give out proper services simply needs to update the staff in the building. I recommend Terros they have multiple resources and will even come to you if you needed. This is a business not a place to get help.

I received service when I was 15 years old they told my parent safe guard the home I was cutting myself Empact prevented me from being abused my dad wanted to hit me cause I cut myself he didn’t understand they stood between me and him to prevent the abused I love them so much I called them while living in Maine I was transferred to a local agency wich wasn’t as good as them they also drove me to a convient store for Benadryl the itching cause me to have anxiety a mobile team did that my only complaint I wish they had a office in Maine I love them my protector and heroes

They'll destroy your family before they're do any good. They'll support mothers abusing adderall and act if it didn't happen! Turn a blind eye to the truth and represent lies! They're all about lying here. And raising kids to be millennials is supportive therapy according to them. No structure taught

Fortunately, my Psychiatrist n counselor is the best. I have a BA in Psych and been treated since I was in my 30s. Overall, the staff is great. The wait time is minimal. They offer alot of classes.

Outstanding service with highly trained, compassionate, selfless, and understanding counselors. I was always greeted with a smile by the front desk. Amanda Baker is an absolute godsend. She will completely transform your life into something amazing and beautiful. Lisa and Andrew are also great group counselors who are very knowledgeable in what they do. The facility is always clean, quiet, and professional. Highly recommend!

I waited for them to assign me a therapist for over a year. I could not attend the group classes I needed without first being assigned a therapist. I ended up looking for an out of network therapist and they took me off the waiting list when I told them I was LOOKING. I never found one and then had to go back to the bottom of their waiting list. This place is disgusting, they don’t actually care about anyone, especially their patients.

From the front desk to behind the door, the past five months have been nothing but positive. I haven't had a single bad experience and for that, I'm thankful. Rose and Ashley, thank you.

These people are disgusting. They did my intake then tell me it’s going to be two months before they assign me services.receptionist is very rude insensitive and repulsive. Manager was afraid to speak to me she doesn’t have an excuse for her lack of leadership and management skills.then the receptionist said was supposed to call me apparently but since they didn’t let’s just throw our hands up in the air oh well nothing we can do I guess!
pathetic excuse for a so called crisis center. How many people could OD or kill themselves before waiting for proper medical treatment. Unfortunately the poor people’s insurance is not good so this is what we get for being poor.substandard services and medical care. And people making money off the government for simply holding a professional title but not actually doing anything and stealing tax payers money to just sit around.it’s so sad. Healthcare system in America is embarrassing and a sham. It’s a total disaster.

Front Office no customer service training, very rude, unfriendly. Staff demeanor with Clients would send any Client off the edge.

The mobile teams are awesome. The crisis line could use some work but overall they will do their best to help you.

Dont go to the one down town in Jefferson 11st they don't care about their clients at all they will give you the run around and not see you in months or help with anything wanting to switch to the one in tempe

Very poor service, feel so disappointed! Counselor Alvaro ALWAYS late, postponing appointments and/or never answer urgent messages.

Both the therapists and psychiatrists keep phenomenal and personalized care. I feel like they've really helped me through my illnesses and challenges.

They are great! My son was a mess, & with the help of the folks at Empact, he's doing amazing now. Couldn't be happier with them. They're far from where I live, but so worth the drive to use their services.

Disgusted by the "help" this place offered. Without going into details, I will say it was extremely damaging and incredibly ridiculous. Suicide prevention? Nope, this place can very well put someone over that edge. Go elsewhere, seriously.
