That's the kind of heartless response i expected. Not that you asked but hes doing better since initiating protocols to restore his gut and immune health.
Here is something else from the cdc, you should do this unless your purposfully neglecting it.
When and to whom is it required to give Vaccine Information Statements (VISs) ? The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act requires that a VIS must be given to parents, legal representatives, or adult patients before administering the vaccine. A VIS must be provided PRIOR to each dose, not just the first dose.
I am so happy with the customer service and quality of care I receive at La Loma! Unbelievable! I have never written a negative review, but the Doctor was rude. (I could clearly hear you speaking in the hallway). Revise your policies before you have patients make appointments and fill out paperwork that don't agree with your philosophies of vaccinations for special needs children, POINT BLANK! Do not hurt a child's feelings at the appointment. Thank you in advance.
