La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tucson East

Old, tired, no TV controller, no phone cord so can't use the phone if I had to. I can hear the next room. I'm an older, single woman and my room is on the back side of the property next to several construction workers. I don't feel safe.

Were do I begin, this place is not sanitary at all. It was dirty, and not cleaned at all. I we drove in from Dallas tx, and were really tired or else we would have canceled it.

Hair left in tub. No hot water in the morning for a bit, in room coffee maker missing parts. Bed was comfortable and liked the photo art and was close to where we were visiting but for the price, meh.

The first room I was given had a bed that smelled like under arm body oder. The second one I was given had a couple dog food pieces on the floor as well as cracks in the ceiling, mold on the bathroom ceiling, paint splatters on the floor. The shower head was too high, I couldn't adjust it to my liking. I just feel if a person who is on a fixed income has to spend money on a hotel, nearly $300, then it should be a good experience. Highly disappointed. Oh and the front desk gal who was working on Thanksgiving morning was so beyond rude! We missed breakfast by about 10 minutes and I asked her if I could just have some bread to make my son some toast and she flat out said no and walked away! I couldn't believe it.

Good location, close to St Joseph's Hospital. Employees were nonchalant (unconcern). The electronic key to open door didn't work. Had to wait 20min to get that resolved. Pretty strict on check in and check out times.

Great location close to where work is at staff is fantastic they're breakfast in the mornings are really good no complaints whatsoever on the room everything is always perfect been here for going on 3 months with weekends off to go home to Texas

Do yourself a favor and don't book a stay here. I've never had any complaints and always enjoyed my stays at any La Quinta Inn but this was beyond horrible. The pictures online must have been taken years ago as this hotel is absolutely run down and disgusting. The shower and bathroom are absolutely horrid and we refused to even step foot in the shower. The double bed rooms are full size beds and not queens beds and do not accommodate 2 grown adults. The lamp sheds were falling apart and so dirty. The fridge wasn't even cleaned and a whole section of carpet was pulling apart and ripped. The walls are dirty and the furniture im surprised is still standing. I wont even start with how uncomfortable the beds were, which were all stained. We ended having to stay both nights as there was limited vacancy that weekend. They didn't even bother to come in and clean the room for our second day. I didnt even bother calling them at that point. Oh and let me not forgot that we had a family of crickets in the bathroom, my husband killed a few and we thought that was that, but nope they went on all night. Again please do yourself a favor and don't stay here. We did reach out to front desk to voice our concerns and she refunded for one night which ended up turning into a mess. The accidentally ending up charging us and additional night instead of credit, had to go back and she had to adjust which resulted in 3 pending credits on my account holding up nearly 300 dollars on my account.

We were going to stay 4 nights and stayed 3 nights only because we were attending a funeral. Otherwise I would have left sooner. The room we rented was disgusting. Right away we notice the rug was filthy and in need of serious shampooing or better yet replacing. I would not walk barefoot on the rug. They don’t dust the furniture and in the bathroom where the towels are kept it was dirty. We left the room all day on Sunday knowing that they would come by and pick up trash and leave clean towels. When we arrived nothing was done. I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and have them throw the trash! Will never stay there again!

Franchises vary. This La Quinta location appears to have given up. Almost every surface seemed dingy. It really doesn't look like much care, time or attention is devoted to staying ahead of maintenance issues. I have spent $120/night for a much better room and location. Don't you make the same mistake.

Needs up date. Night crew not very nice. Act as if they are doing us a favor giving us a room. Day crew nice. Bugs in room

I usually have a great time here nice rooms and amazing staff, althought this night i had to do an early check out and the clerk up front was very rude, never seen him before but he had an attitude, I'm a regular and I had to leave early for a family emergency and his lack of politeness wouldnt had bother me so much but if he is so unhappy with his job he should just quit

Not all la quinta's are the same. This was a motel 6 with la quinta colors. The door to my room was jamed shut, I'm a big guy that had to pull with all my might to get out. My cousins shower dribbled. Just a overall bad experience.

Read the comments before you book this hotel. The negative reviews are true! Bed sheets were dirty. Blood stains and makeup on the pillow cases. Smells like mildew terribly. My boyfriend and I got here after a long day of travel and decided against staying because it was that gross. We ended up staying at a much nicer hotel. The area is terrible and downright unsafe. We got in around midnight and there were strangers (possibly hotel guests) walking circles around the hotel (they looked like they were on drugs). You could not have paid me to sleep in that hotel. I have seen gas station bathrooms cleaner. Total dump of a hotel. Please take your business elsewhere. Heed my warning.

Spent over $100 for a room and regret it. Thank goodness it was one night. Nothing like pics online. No queen beds, they were full size. Stained walls, peeling/breaking bathrub, bugs in lighting fixture (some alive), urine smell. Asked for room change, same thing.

The pictures are deceiving. The entire hotel is in a state of disrepair. The doors barely closed, the room was gross and had bugs, the banister looked like it would fall off if you leaned on it just right. The tub was disgusting and the bathroom counter was still dirty. I would pay no more than $50 to stay there. Definitely not with the $126 we paid. There’s much nicer places in town for the same or similar price.

Rented a room and woke up with a wet pillows and floors so they moved us to a king room with a roll away bed and it was clean and decent! They gave us a full refund for 1 if the 2 days we stayed and it was hassle free and they handled it with professionalism i will stay again! Nice pool and jacuzzi as well!

Check in was very uncomfortable with the front desk young lady who seemed to be just about as unfriendly as you could possibly be. She acted as though we were ruining her entire night because we decided to disrupt whatever she was doing by "checking in". When we got to our room, there was only one drinking cup and no ice bucket so we had to ask for those things. There was a big black beetle or roach on the floor in the breakfast lobby area, half dead moving around (you can see it in the video I posted) and we had to share our bathroom with 2 crickets. Next time, we'll probably choose someplace else.

Very outdated. Needed new paint literally evreywhere. This is more like a Motel 6 or low quality days inn. I will not stay there again.
