La Quinta Inn Phoenix Thomas Road

This Motel is awesome to stay at. Im here with my kids for an appt here in PHX. Clean rooms and beds are comfortable. I give it 5 star.

If you dont want to spend $100 & need some rest b4 hitting the road again it's got clean sheets & the staff are friendly

I'm handicapped and it's a very good place for a handicapped person to go. If you need help with the door or to carry your food to the table or whatever it is, they're very attentive to their customer

This is ridiculous. The hotel sent a cab for us, where the driver repeatedly harrassed me for being disabled and needing my service dog. Insisting on us paying more for my well trained service dog who sat on the floor as shes been trained to do in a vehicle. Getting to the hotel, the receptionist then proceeded to do the same thi g insisting I pay for our two service dogs (my husband also has one). Our animals are well trained and maintained and I have our medical paperwork and their vaccines that I can show the cops if it is needed. She finally checked us in, but with an attitude, saying the manager will talk to us tomorrow. It's taken me 2 hours to calm down enough to even post this. If this wasnt a last minute emergency we would not have stayed here at all. I am very disappointed in this location. We've stayed at many hotels with our service animals and never have I been treated this bad. Just to get in a room that has hair on the sink and hanging off the hair dryer. Dirt/mud on the sink counter. And dirt all over the floor. All of thos we seen once we walked in. Not to mention this room smells bad.

Great service. The clerk that was working last night was really awesome. Gave us good insight about the area. Really friendly.

The room was filthy. Floor wasn’t vacuumed, there were hairs on the sheets, a bug on the night stand and nothing was wiped down. Gross

Thalia & all the Front Desk Staff @ La Quinta Inn off the Black Canyon Freeway were Customer Service Excellent! Helpful & Kind. The rooms are first affordable, second very clean and comfortable! I will return again with more things to say. Keep it up team.

Lots of bookers.pool was alright. Lack of security. And in 3 days I had 10 people try and sell me heroin and meth while getting ice (no lie)

The location is great located near GCU. The pool was open late. However the room could have been stocked with more towels, and they only had a handicap accessible room even though I booked well in advance.

Not even worth 1 star. My stay was free and after 1 night I opted to go home. The location is sketchy, the shower head was barely at my chest level, the bed felt broken in half, the A/C did not do a whole lot, the train horn, etc. I have slept on military cotts in a tent and been more comfortable.

Rude front desk, told me I needed to leave after my husbands company paid for me to be there. & hotel isnt all that clean. Filthy place and not even worth the price. They need new staffing as well.

This is a lower end motel. The people are nice but it needs some work, the rooms are clean though so if you can deal with the crazy people in the parking lot it is ok.

Service was great.rooms dated, the first room I was checked into at this non smoking hotel had an ashtray and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.second room I was given no ashtray and was much better.hotel in general needs updating and general repairs and maintenance

I have never stayed there, but I deliver food to people staying there all the time. The staff is always very friendly and keep things very clean.

Very good, nice, friendly front desk, clean rooms comfortable bed, convenient Denny's restaurant plus discount with card key on meal at Denny's, I would recommend this motel.

Horrible stay, one awfully front desk lady ruined our visit but. The general manager did do a very good job at damage control! Just be Leary of the neighborhood it's in, there's a plethora of hookers and homeless.

I always stay here when I visit and it has always been clean, fair with the price and just friendly. I will continue to stay when I'm in the city.

It's a cool place. Rooms are clean. But I wish LA Quinta had a bigger breakfast selection how they show on their description of their breakfast when you reserved.

Easy check in, Clean room, fast Wi-Fi, nice pool, good coffee amazing staff, soft beds and free breakfast, great overall experience!

I did get a good night sleep, the pool is 2ft-6ft. Good time at the pool. Breakfast need more selection but i filled up on what they had. Friendly employees. Cute chick behind the counter and professional.
