Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at La-Z-Boy. From my first encounter with William, I was given excellent service, patience with my many questions, and wonderful selections to choose from. Lisa’s knowledge of home decor and furniture placement in my home was so appreciated. My niece convinced me to shop at La-Z-Boy-I’m glad I did.

Lazyboy furniture is a far cry from 20 years ago. My Oscar Reclining chair purchased less than a year ago has already worn through their lazy boy “leather” that is supposed to be on all surfaces where an individual would make contact with the chair. Their rugs can not have stains removed and their warranty people that show up not only don’t come prepared to access your sales invoice but also are grossly incompetent in comparison to any previous warranty staff. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Good luck, not the company they used to be that’s fit sure!

I had a really good experience working with Steve. He seemed to know the types of furniture that I would like. He wasn’t pushy and he listened to what I was looking for. He set up an appointment with designer, Sonja. They both came to my house. Everything she suggested I loved. I usually have buyers remorse after I make big purchases but I haven’t had any. This was a great way to shop for furniture for me. I really liked working with Steve and Sonja. I’m excited to get my new furniture.

We ordered 2 of the same sofas and a recliner. It took forever to get them. When we did I called the salesman to let him know one of the sofas has done problems with the cushions lining up and the backs zig zagging when the reclining sofa is down. He sent out a service tech that told me that all the sections are made in different places and then put together do that’s how it is. I called back the salesman and told him that and he told me that if I wasn’t happy he would replace it. It had started getting worse so I called service again he took pictures and that I would have to deal with the store. I called my salesman, who is now the manager of the Chandler store and he never called me back. The manager of the Mesa store called me and said that’s how they are and there’s nothing he can do about it. Needless to say I have the exact same one and it’s fine. Now my recliner moves about a half an inch when you lean back into it. The first time it happened I thought it was going to topple over. I haven’t called for service yet because I’m sure I’ll get that’s how they’re supposed to be. If I could I would give 0 stars and I will never buy anything from them again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely delightful to work with Traci and Sonya. They are a great team and we are SO happy with the results of the furnishing of our new home. They took the time to get to know our tastes and also reacted positively when we had different opinions on some of the choices. This is the first time we have done anything like this and it was certainly worth it. They are certainly an asset to the La-Z-boy team!

My husband and I were assisted by Sean Robinson at the La-Z-Boy store in Mesa today. Even though we found out early on that Mr. Robinson would not be able to place an order for us because that store serves only Arizona customers (we wanted a recliner for our home in another state), Sean spent half an hour graciously answering our questions, even though he knew he would not get a sales commission. So please ask for him if you visit his store.

We ordered a Sofa and recliner on July 5,2021. We received the recliner in mid November and we were told the sofa would be here towards the end of December. I texted asking for an update on January 6 and again on January 10. I called today and was told my salesman contacted me 2 days ago to tell me the sofa will be here in April. This tells me my sofa came in and was sold to someone else because the timeline for delivery is double the original timeline. FYI- the salesman NEVER CONTACTED ME to give me this update. I also requested that he call me before he went home today- The store is now closed and I still have not heard from him.

Mark was very welcoming, he interacted with us very nicely. He answered my questions. I liked the floor layout of recliner chairs. I would shop there again.

My husband and I have purchased 2 sofas from this store in the past 3 years so we returned to purchase a matching loveseat in March 2021. It was not in stock so we paid and ordered it understanding that there could be a 4 month delay in receiving our order. After 4 months we were notified that it was taking a little longer than anticipated. Finally on January 7,2022, my husband went to the store asking about the status of our order. The clerk said that the loveseat was no longer available. The same loveseat was sitting on the sales floor so my husband asked if we could have it instead. The clerk, challenging my husband's sense of logic, said no because the store needed it for the sales floor. The clerk sent my husband on his way with the promise of searching for this loveseat in another La-Z-Boy store. We were never contacted regarding the impossibility of receiving our order. The clerks were unhelpful and unwilling to contact a manager while my husband was standing there or put forth a logical solution. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this store if you value your money or your time.

LB of AZ is really good. They back up their products. Noticed a couple bad stiches in seat of leather recliner…. They replaced entire seat. Color on head rest rubbed off and they sent out a technician to repair (did a fantastic job). Great company.

My husband and I were in the store 30 to 45 minutes trying out power lift recliners and not one salesperson as much as said hello, may I help you, or anything. I would not have any furniture from this store even if they were giving it away. Horrible customer service!

We purchased a loveseat at Lazy Boy. The product is outstanding and the salesman was the best we have ever had anywhere! Josh walked us through the process of choosing fabric to delivery. He is kind, fun, thorough and very knowledgeable. He gave us all the time we needed with patience and pleasure. If Josh was our son we would be extremely proud of him! You are very lucky to have him as a sales person. He represents you extremely well!

Lazyboy sales reps are not super pushy like other furniture stores which I greatly appreciated. Their prices may be a little higher, but they offer in house designer consultations and complete customization. One problem I had with other stores is that, if you want something soft to sit on, it typically means you will sink into it - this is not the case with lazyboy. On a sale, their prices are competitive.

Joshua was extremely helpful, but not overbearing or pushy the way so many furniture sales people can be. He paid attention to detail and listened closely to what we were looking for. When we left we were comfortable that we had purchased a quality piece of furniture at a reasonable price. Go see Josh, you won’t be disappointed!

We experienced a really bad customer service incident in the past month but went back for the final time to use a store credit. We are happy we did as Maryse completely turned us around. She listened to our needs, knew exactly where the product was located, shared her expert knowledge about each item and was very patient answering the same question about each different product! La-zBoy not only needs to hang onto Maryse but also have her cross train other employees! Her interpersonal skills are hard to find! She saved us from saying good-bye to this store forever.

Bought sofa and twin recliners with console between them. They were very expensive for material fabric and recliners that are manual, not electric. Have had problems with the one recliner since purchasing 3 years ago. La-Z-Boy sent technicians to my home 3 times in the first 6 months to fix the recliner. What a joke! Every time they left the screw holding the recliner to the console would fall off and the mechanism is still very loose. It never got fixed and they should have replaced the recliner if they were a reputable company. The recliner is also sunken in like it's over 20 years old. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because the sofa is good but then again only company sits on it a few times a year. The reason we bought this brand is we purchased a recliner in 1991 that was in perfect shape when we sold it 25 years later. It's quite obvious their craftsmanship went down the tubes. I will never buy La-Z-Boy furniture again. The quality is not worth their exorbitant prices!
