I got to my appointment 10 minutes early got right in. Anthony drew my blood and he was very polite and did great! I'm terrible when it comes to getting blood work done but it was a good experience here. Please don't listen to all bad reviews

Would give 0 stars if I could, no issue with the facility itself, just god awful hours of availability

Girl taking my blood was horrible she started in left arm put needle in and kept pulling the needle almost out then wiggle it around trying to find the vein. I said this is not working so she tried the right arm, same thing but was worse and I have a big lump there and a horrible bruise I told her to find someone else to do it, she was mad and went and got another girl and she had to put it in my hand to get my blood. This young girl that tried needs to go back to school or get fired because she cannot preform her duties correctly.two days later was talking to a friend and she had the same girl and she had trouble also I think she is writing to corporate stay away unless you want a painful draw.

This place is garbage, get your lab work done somewhere else because they’re disorganized and will lose the lab order. The moment I walked in I could sense the disorganization of this place. Thanks for wasting my time, money, and gas. Appreciate it.

Worst blood draw I've ever had! Site raised up so bad I called urgent care to see what to do. Then of course the bruising! Young gal and I think maybe she used too large a needle? Don't know what else would cause that.

I go often. I like them they know what they are doing. I am a bad draw and I'm thankful they are wonderful.

Emily was amazing with my infant son! So nice and professional I've been struggling going to different labcorps with my children due to unprofessional and rude untrained phlebotomists it's always so scary to take your baby for blood work not knowing who will be person to take it and if they are trained in taking blood from infants and children and if they have a bad additude it scares the kids and babies and makes the whole experience so much worse but she took my 5 month olds blood and he did not cry ONCE! He was comfortable and happy the entire time I will deffinitley come to this location and ask for Emily in the future if I ever need to do any type of bloodwork on my children it's a little out of my way but after trying multiple locations this is definitley worth the drive I can't express how greatful I am to have found someone that was so no nice and professional and was so good with my son (:

Technology is only useful if you use it. Just went to have some lab work done. We arrived to a full waiting room. More then the 10 maximum occupancy on the door I might add. Then we proceeded to check in at the kiosk, payed an outstanding bill, then went to the vehicle to wait for the text message we SHOULD have received. Over the course of the next 2 1/2 hrs I checked inside twice and was reassured I’d receive a text. On my third trip inside I noticed the waiting room was empty. After checking with the receptionist I learned we had been skipped without having received a text message. Needless to say I am less than pleased.

I had an appointment today, I had my lab order on my phone, the man behind the desk called my name and when I got there he was laughing and he asked where’s your order? And I pulled out my phone and he laughed again and stated that they needed a hard copy, I told him that I did not have a hard copy and he said to go get one and come back before 3pm or reschedule. He just seemed rude to me, it made me feel like he was laughing at me because I did not have a hard copy.

I've been here for over an hour, when I walked in there was only 6 people in the office. There are three employees working in the office. They just informed us that they are going to lunch so we will be waiting longer if we choose to stay, there are 12 people here now. Very poor customer service at this location.

Male at the front desk was extremely rude. Asked if I was going to just walk in and sit down in a rude way. Clearly doesn't understand how his own online check in works which instructs the patient to come in sit down and wait to be called by a technician. The lady next to him was much nicer.

The phlebotomists here are very good with infants. My 1 year old didn't cry at all. The phlebotomists were very patient with my child. That was the 1st time my child didn't cry getting her blood drawn. Crystal, Christine, Jasmine, etc.those phlebotomists are excellent. My child gave the phlebotomist a hug when she finished putting the bandage around my child's arm.

First, the Thunderbird Office unlocked their doors 20 minutes late. This resulted in about a dozen individuals crammed into a small waiting area which made social distancing impossible. When an older lady in a wheelchair was called to move into the test area, no one would open the door and hold it for her. She became quite upset and had to rely on other customers to help her.

Second, I wanted to be certain my doctor requested a particular test that was quite important to me, so I asked a Labcorp staff member to check my order and be certain it was there. I was told the test was requested and would be performed. When I visited my doctor to review the test results, I was told the particular test I asked about was not performed - the LabCorp staff lied to me. Poor customer service. Lie to customers. I won't be back!

I received an email from Labcorp confirming my appointment and it stated “please either print out your documentation or show it from your mobile device. ” Check-in was easy with a kiosk and I was impressed that they are ahead of the game compared to most doctor’s offices that have a lot of paperwork to fill out. Then the office admin called me to the desk and told me they needed the document printed out. I showed her the email where it states it can be from the mobile device, and asked if I could email it and they could print it there. She said they couldn’t because their fax machine was broken. She said if I want I can go to a FedEx and print it out. I ended up going to 3 FedEx locations outlined and Google, and they aren’t updated. The first one was an On-site at Walgreens that couldn’t print it out. The second, a US Postal Office near by that doesn’t have a printer. And third wasn’t even a FedEx, it was a Whataburger. All of this could have been avoided if the email outlined proper expectations or if the admin assistant could have been willing to work with me and accepted electronic version instead. I didn’t even go back because I was so frustrated and an hour wasted in my working day.
