7Lab corp in Casa Grande is great! Every time I walk in, without an appointment, I am in and out less than 10 minutes. The staff is friendly, and the phlebotomists are great! I have small veins that roll and most places have to poke me multiple times, but LabCorp gets it the first time every time. Highly recommend them!
So fast. One time I went at 1pm right after lunch with no appointment, no joke I was out of there and in my car by 1: 03pm!
The tech, with no name badge, has no idea what she is doing. She tied the tourniquet too tightly and left the tourniquet on for 2 mins and couldn't find a vein. She refused to reprint another label when I asked because the label on the test tube was ripped. When I asked if all LabCorp employees treat Vets with contempt, Corina said yes.
On several different occasions, both my wife and I have left messages on their voice mail and they have never returned our calls. The voicemail message instructs you to leave a message and they will return your call. What a joke, please do not instruct people to leave a message when you have no intention of ever returning your call. Finally, to get an answer to our question, on April 19 at 2: 00 we drove 20 minutes to LabCorp and asked the lady why they never pick up their phones. She said we are busy! Then I asked why don't you return calls left on your voicemail? She had no answer. The least you can do is be honest in your voicemail message, it should be please don't bother to leave a message because we have no intention of ever returning your call. You will need to drive down here to get your questions answered! Better yet Labcorp needs to hire people who will do their job and answer the phone!
The reason I gave them a 1 is 0 is not an option. The Tech had trouble getting my blood that was the good part. The test was done on 2-24-2023. I had to call and had to choose the doctors option to even get to a real person. I was told I should have the results by 3-8-2023.
Clean, Professional and extremely efficient. Check in is very easy, with hardly ever a long wait. The staff is friendly, caring and well trained. This is my preferred place when I need to have blood drawn. It has yet to be a painful experience. Special shout out to Johnelle. He's an expert. I'm happy to have this facility right here in town.
Not sure where all the negative reviews were coming from. It is a very busy operation and a small staff so expecting them to drop everything to take a call is not reasonable. Making an appointment is what you need to do and the kiosk check in with the bar code scan is very good (a member of the team was out there to help those who could not figure it out). The staff were extremely courteous and the phlebotomists both did a great job - and I am a difficult draw.
