10It can be difficult to be a walk-in at this particular location. The staff were polite, but they will direct you to the kiosks available for check-in.
The check in process sucks. The kiosks take FOREVER. Then you have to wait FOREVER. The employees seem friendly but the check in process is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The times they are open suck also. They need to be open more than 7 to 3 Monday thru Friday. There are so many people that need lab work done you would think they would be open more and have a better check in than the stupid kiosk. Literally took 10 minutes just to check in. Then had to wait even longer even though we were second in line. Absolutely ridiculous.
The receptionist working Thursday July 20th at 1pm is the rudest person i’ve ever met. I see other reviews about her too. Why isn’t she fired? She is rude and incompetent. You can’t be ugly and rude.
I have been going to this lab for a year and they are the best, polite, professional group that I have experienced. For what I went through, these guys are my people.
If I could give the zero stars I would. Check-in was a nightmare. The check-in machines were not working so we had to be manually checked by the front desk lady which didn’t want to be bothered with it. After waiting 45 minutes we get called back only to be told they don’t have enough tubes to run our full blood work. I don’t understand how you can book 3 weeks out and tell them what you’ll be drawing for and come the day of they don’t have enough tubes to do it. What a waste of time. If you can schedule elsewhere do it! This labcorp has let us down for the last time we will ever go back.
Brought my mother-in-law for a simple blood test. We waited two hours. There weren't enough seats in the waiting room, so we had to stand in the hall. Very unprofessional.
The Lab Tech earned 5. Professional and skilled. No pain poke and no bruising. Procedure room, clean and orderly. In stark contrast to the check-in and waiting room, which I give 1. So, overall I give Labcorp 3 stars and will avoid this lab in the future.
The waiting room is dirty, overcrowded and in disrepair. Sign on door states space is limited to10 but no one enforces that count. Receptionist was rude. I waited in line behind 3 people and when I got to the window she rudely tells me to check in “on the pad”. What pad? She waves me to a janky self-check-in kiosk crammed in the corner of this cramped waiting room. So I get back into another line so I can perform my own medical and insurance registration. After performing the admin’s job, I get back into another line so that “Miss Congeniality” can bark at me to take a seat and wait for my name to be called. Ok… but there are no seats! I stand and wait and wait. Finally I get called up so that I give them my doctors orders. Then …more waiting in this very cramped and stuffy room until I finally called back to have my blood drawn.
Overall a very unpleasant experience.
Front desk staff are rude and disrespectful. Its very clear on website and phone line the NO APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED front desk guy made me feel like a looser, embarrassed and belittled. Another patient waiting got up to help me because they noticed how rude they were being with me.
Worst customer service experience ever!
There's a reason so many 1 star reviews here. Customer service is terrible. On top of that. Booked pediatric appointment online at 1: 45. We get there and they say they stop doing children at 1: 30. Not only do they not mention anything and allow you to book online for something they don't even offer. The front desk clerk was unhelpful and just didn't care. Use another service
