Very difficult handicap access, ramps have large gap between ramp and parking lot surface. Wheelchair front wheels get caught in the gap and potentially cause Wheelchair to tip forward. Also no automatic open button on door and threshold is difficult to roll over with Wheelchair.

Front office staff is rude and doesn't listen long enough to hear even a full name then will let a patient sit there for an hour before asking for more information if they can't find lab orders. Dr office confirmed orders were sent twice and received both times but front office staff just said over and over to call the doctor office without even looking to see if they had the orders. Finally at the phlebotomist and she was not gentle.

I get a different story every time I try to get my labs done! I need these tests to figure out what is wrong! Sending me away because I don’t have a babysitter, because the test’s suddenly need to be done between a certain time and I’m still 5 minutes away from being out of time, keeping me waiting for over an hour the very next day so you end up doing the test the same time as you would have the day before, is unacceptable treatment! I’m already dealing with a health issue and you’re treatment has made everything worse! Shame on you!

This is a very handicap difficult place to access. Just two or three spots several business down from their front door. Spots were all taken. Curb barriers right in front of business with adjacent business blocking the sidewalk with outdoor eating. Employees blame the center, but they have been there for years. Anyone with problems of mobility should chose a different provider.

These people know their jobs, are professionals and make your visit as short and comfortable as possible. I recommend this location highly.

Update: It's been a year, and back for annual blood draw. Perfect service. Walk-in was very quick (literally, I was in/out the door in 9 minutes). Phlebotomy was great: no pain, no bruise.
Dropped by at 11: 30 (with mask on), scanned my DL and insurance card at the kiosk, waited a few minutes, had a short chat with the women running things about my fasting period, she checked on the order from my GP (I didn't have a copy of the paperwork with me), she stuck the needle in my vein (perfectly, no pain, no bruising) and sent me on my way. What could be better.
