Medical Laboratory Labcorp reviews
17This location in Prescott is trying to handle way too many clients. The coverage area is huge and now Labcorps has closed the Chino Valley location, supposedly because of staffing issues. I waited 1 hour 40 minutes to have my blood drawn for routine bloodwork, because I couldn't set up an appointment online, as no appointments were available in the morning and I had to fast and I have a job! Labcorps needs to open up the Chino Valley location that will give some relief to this Prescott location. They also need more technicians in this location, as they have 5 lab rooms but only 2 technicians to draw blood! The idea that they want you to schedule an appointment and then the online service offers you only afternoon times and you are fasting is a ridiculous expectation. Labcorps can't continue to use lack of staffing as an excuse, step up and hire more people! Very dissatisfied and will try the laboratory services at the hospital next time.
They don't answer the phones or return calls and the 3 locations in the tri city randomly close.
They have a perfectly good office in Chino and yet you have to drive to Prescott and wait forever to get your blood work done. It makes an hour trip into several hours.
I waited for over an hour in the waiting room while listening to the front office lady who was rude and humiliating the other staff in front of customers saying she needed to teach them the alphabet.
They are understaffed I know it’s not the staffs fault. It’s a corporation I feel bad for them. I made an appointment online and they were closed sucks wish there was a more places around here.
This is by far the worst clinic I've have ever been to. We waited almost 2 hrs for blood work, one lady had our paper work in her hand and she asked us who we gave it to. No won't being going there again. They did draw blood but the bandage wasn't tight. Enough, and I had blood dripping down my sleeve, thank God my friend had tissue to stop the bleeding.
Overworked, grouchy staff on the brink of going postal dealing with fasting patients with long wait times.not a fun environment to be in, I'll try the PV location next time
All the stars are good the people. All the missing stars are for the corporation. This place is way, way understaffed.
Made an appointment and waited 1hr 45 mins until they took me back. Not optimal when you’re fasting. Wonder how long it is without an appointment? Will try the competitor next time, but it’s probably the same there too
Rebecca and Camile were so caring and compassionate. Labcorp is lucky to have such great gals working for them.
Waited 40 minutes after checking in at a kiosk that scanned my insurance card, just to be told they don't take my insurance.
Use to be a great and quick experience but cutting staff from 5 to 3 has been devastating. Now waits are over an hour. I suggest looking for other options as I have.
Very rude man was at check-in desk and was rather sarcastic. Went to have my blood drawn and found out the same person was going to draw my blood. Another employee at facility was also drawing blood and she initially offered to draw mine and I opted to go with her. She was very efficient and professional and was satisfied with her working with me. I am surprised that they would hire insensitive people to work for them both at the desk and drawing blood.
Was treated like a criminal during my pre-employment drug test by an older white male. I felt really uncomfortable and will not be back for any reason. Zero stars for real.
One of my least favorite things is getting my blood drawn. Chris did a great job to make me feel comfortable! I do recommend that you make an appointment so the wait time isn't as long. Maybe also schedule it on a day that you have plenty of time. Was my first time there and overall everyone worked hard to keep things moving and were very kind. Don't go there expecting to be seen right when you walk in the door. A little patience goes a long way.
Always Quick service, I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Friendly phlebotomists that don't hurt you when drawing blood. Go there every year to get blood work done.
