LabCorp, Scottsdale AZ

I called and left a message at LapCorp on Tuesday. They said they would return the call within 24 hours. It is Friday afternoon and they have still not returned my call. I contacted Sonara Quest Lab and I was able to get my lab work done in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend Quest Labs - don’t waste your time at LapCorp!

The waiting room is clean and tidy. The staff is professional and are good at their job. The lab area is clean and tidy. The restrooms can get messy, however; the staff will address the matter. They are usually busy at the first of the day but they keep the line moving and the wait time is minimal.

I've had to have a lot of lab work done in the last 6 years. Randy not only runs the office professionally but that's second to his warm and light hearted people skills. If you need anything done at any labcorp this location is first class

Such a great place! The staff got me literally in and out for bloodwork within 10 minutes. Clean, kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable. That’s all I ask for at these places and they nailed it!

LabCorp on E Ironside, Scottsdale 5 stars. I was concerned about using LabCorp at all after reading reviews. The whole experience was quick, smooth and pleasant. I made my appt online, I checked in at the kiosk when I arrived, I waited 6 minutes, I was called back. The tech was friendly and capable. She drew my blood with no issues, band-aided me up and sent me on my way. Perfect.

This location is always open when they say they will be which some locations don't seem to care.
Staff is always really nice and friendly.
I will say, they need to staff better. One person was doing the front desk and the blood draws. Spend a little more Labcorp, and staff your locations better.

I have been having my blood drawn at this location for years. I go early in the morning and there is little to no wait. The staff is friendly and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been going for years! The gentleman that works there is the only one who only sticks me once, where so many others have failed!

Very long waits. Only one person working, 8 people waiting. Not the first time. Over an hour wait.

The man who works at ironwood labcorp has an attitude problem! He needs to be a lot more professional. I also DO NOT like going there. I will find another labcorp to go to.

I hate this place.no one answers the phones and when they do they hang up on you.get your stuff together. I been told they watch the phones rings an wait for it to go to vmail.

Horrible customer service. The male at the counter was rude and condescending. The female was very pleasant however. I have been here before and had the same experience. This location is poorly managed.

Have gone to this facility for at least 5 years. My only complaint is that the man who works the front desk rude. His process is not focused on the patient forcing one to get up and down for paperwork when it is unnecessary. Rude and unacceptable especially for elderly and disabled, I am disabled. Overall bad attitude. If I could go someplace else I would.

Clean and neat, tidy, quick service. Draw back is they do not do drug testing here. Wheelchair accessible, restrooms, plenty of room for seating. Plenty of parking. Located by old closed rudy tuesdays.
