Great boat tour, extremely helpful narration by the captain. Fair prices on drinks & snacks. We didn't do the dinner/food cruise.

We enjoyed a Musical Cruise on beautiful Lake Pleasant. Music was good and we were entertained. Sunset was beautiful too. All in all a very nice time.

Beautiful lake! The 90 minute narration tour is the perfect amount of time, with information interspersed with boat music that was pleasant and easy to talk over. Friendly ans knowledgeable crew. We look forward to taking one of the other cruises with this company.

Did the dinner tour, food was good, but cooled off quickly in the top deck. A slight bathroom odor outside the stairs to the upper deck- probably can't be helped? Scenery was pretty but no offer of craft sample beers as listed on confirmation email.

The Sunset Cruise with Live Music on Oct. 22nd, 2022 was just something we needed. It was simply AMAZING! My husband and I did it to celebrate his Birthday and he as a musician really enjoyed the Mayberry Blues. They were so good, I Love Live Music and it was much needed relaxing Cruise.

Beautiful and kind staff. Everyone from the gold cart drivers And boat staff was phenomenal. The food was yummy and we had a great time.

A good time. Went on a lake cruise with around 15 co-workers, the boat was spacious and clean, the bar on the boat had a nice variety of drinks at fair prices, snack selection was a little limited but well priced, the tour itself was informative and easy to listen to while still maintaining conversation with your group. Would go again.

So we we were running late, about 5 mins away from the meeting point to take the shuttle to the dock. We kept calling to see if they could wait for us. Finally someone called back they made a call to the Captain and he actually waited which was nice of him. As we celebrated my good friend's Bridal Shower on this Sunset Dinner Cruise we enjoyed the delicious Bbq plate w all the fixings. It was awesome! The stroll around the lake was calming and the sunset was absolutely beautiful! Everyone was so friendly! Thank you for making it an amazing experience for us! Plus we got to thank the Captain on the way out! Will definitely be going again sometime soon!

Good one for a half a day family get-together. Only suggestion would be proper sign or information on guiding to cruise place. Probably free parking for cruise customers would be good

It was our first time visiting the lake. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the parking lot and marina was very helpful. The crew was very friendly and captain was very knowledgeable of the area and history. They even had my son meet the captain. Overall relaxing experience.

Thanksgiving dinner cruise was a delight! Wasn’t expecting much as we thought were going on a boat cruise and they happen to be serving some food. The meal was better than expected and the service great
. Tables were tight so not much room to move around but tu made thanksgiving memorable

The river ride was great we're seeing we've seen moonlight rides so we got to see the full moon come out and see gorgeous sunset it just was a fantastic ride with my wife and 2 friends that won't love us 1st period we'll recommend it commended to anyone

Cruise was great and the crew had exceptional service but the speaker on the lower deck for the live music upstairs was way too loud! It really ruined the comfort of the cruise and sound of the live music. It was ok on the outside back deck but once the sun went down it was too cold to stay out there.

We were a party of 6 on this cruise, 2 from out of town and 4 from Phoenix area. We had a great time and really enjoyed the cruise and narration. We were a little late as we lost our way and the crew were so patient with us? Learned a lot about area that we did not know prior to coming, even the locals in party. Will not hesitate to tell others to try the cruise and to come back again. Anxious to take sunset dinner cruise!

Enjoyed the cruise and the dinner (veggies were not completely cooked).
One suggestion- either more shuttles or larger shuttles. When you want to leave and someplace, you don't want to have to wait 1/2 hour or so.

Going back for another cruise at Christmas with company, and it's going to be great cannot wait! The sunset is just amazing over the lake,

We had such a great time! We booked a private charter as a volunteer appreciation event and it was amazing! We added Rob West playing live music, Dillon's catering, and the best Lake Pleasant Cruise staff! Five stars!
