Apartment Complex Lakeside reviews
9Very easy to provide a positive review when your whole rental experience and move in was as simple and efficiently handled. Staff over the last couple of months have continued to impress with their positive can do attitude and well maintained property.
I've been at Lakeside for two years and just extended my lease again. The staff always makes renewing the lease a very easy process, which makes sense considering they make everything else easy as well.
In the two years I've been here, I've only had a few maintenance issues and they've been taken care of quickly as well as in a friendly manner.
The staff brings in food trucks monthly as well as holding community events throughout the year. It's a great location, the price isn't outlandish like some places nearby, and I've never once felt unsafe or felt like my apartment wasn't secure.
Thank you to all the office and maintenance staff for providing a great community!
This staff has been very helpful and friendly throughout the lease and move-in process. We were in need of a place within a week span and moved in within 3 days, even despite the holiday being one of them. The pools are clean and the apartment was in great shape when we moved in.
I loved our apartment and I wish I didn’t move.
I will say the rent is a bit pricey but it’s due to the location.
The walk throughs every few months were also annoying since they didn’t give a specific time, just a day you should expect them.
Maintenance was always really cool and on top of everything.
It’s an overpriced 1980’s squalor with a good view of better apartments across the water. If you have even decent credit and rental history then you really have no business leasing here. Maintenance work is shoddy. Apartments and appliances are cheap and outdated. Pool is in absolutely laughable condition. Contractors on site openly disrespect the tenants. Management can’t even get thru an email with decent grammar and are petty and vengeful and dishonest. Anyone can wander onto the property or in it’s amenities, no security. Lived here 4 years, all 4 years property and management was in decline while rent increased 40% with most of that occurring during the pandemic. I feel sorry for the residents.
The staff was very helpful n respectful with assisting me through the leasing process.the u all.can't wait to move in.
They are very attentive when I put in a work order for any issues I’ve had since moving here.
This will be my 6th year at Lakeside and I love it. I can not say enough great things about the staff. The maintenance and office crew are thee best. Rarely has a request for repair or any type of maintenance not been handled within 24-48 hours.maximum. The landscaping is well maintained AND I love my large patio and the view of the lake. And last but not least. Lakeside has provided a quiet atmosphere.
My daughter & I have lived at Lakeside apartments for a long time. We feel comfortable and safe here. The apartment community is friendly. The staff including maintenance are professional, efficient and caring. Thank you!
