Friendly and welcoming staff. Genevieve is so nice and patient. She showed me lots of engagement rings and their books. Jim (Jeweller) gave me a lot of ideas about what to do what my my fiancee's mother's ring. The wedding band and engagement ring had been soldered 48 years ago and I was nervous about separating the rings. Jim was able to separate the rings and reassured me that he could preserve the details (florentine). He did just that! I was so happy with the outcome. He added a size guard in the meantime so the ring would fit and I could wear it while deciding what else I might want to add. He let me watch him work and explained what he was doing. Great place. Highly recommend.
Was not impressed with the work done on an antique ring. They forgot to size it and it needed polishing.
