Lana's Nails & Spa, Phoenix AZ

I was visiting my sister from NY and we both needed pedicures so decided to go together. This is her usual spot. We made appointments ahead of time. I was impressed! Very clean, friendly and good pedicure! Would go again when in Phoenix!

Have been going back to the new owner since she took over and I'm quite pleased. Shop is nice and clean and bright and she does a good job. What more could I ask?

If you’re looking for a new nail salon or even just needing a quick place to stop this is the best place to come! Jessica is my go to girl, but all are very good at what they do. Very comfortable environment, great prices, and friendly workers. Would recommend to anyone.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I came in for a refill and

1) The nail tech was very aggressive/not careful and hurt my cuticles

2) I can see where the existing acrylic ends and where the new begins. I’ve had many many refills and never noticed the separation.

3) The red tip was done so sloppily and crooked. Not all the same shape.

4) I had the manicure finished at the same time as the pedicure and had to hold my left are up I’m an awkward position the whole time. My arm is sore now.

5) I didn’t even complain because of the attitude and the ladies talked about me the entire time so I didn’t feel comfortable to do so.

6) PS the nail polish is see through because I only got one later of polish instead of the usual 2 layers

I’m sad because this weekend is my birthday so now I have to pay to have this gel removed and nails fixed.

I love Lana’s nails! They are all very sweet and gentle. I have sensitive feet. They know how to treat their customers!

Called last minute about 430 to get in as flight the next day & didn't want to take off work. I was able to get both toes & nails done. Definitely love coming here

Lana's Salon & Spa was sold again on 7/19. For those who weren't happy with a recent service, you need to come back and ask for Jessica! You will NOT be disappointed! The recent bad reviews below are not a result of Jessica's ownership. The salon has returned to the high quality nail salon it was always known for!

They did an amazing job and I love my nails, but, make sure they put your next appointment in their books as I had an appointment today for three of us and none of us are in their system for our appointment today. Guess we're going to have to find someplace else to have our nails done today. Change the rating because of this

I have been going to this salon for a couple months now and i can’t say enough good things! They are quick but very thorough, and do amazing nail art for good prices. I am a hairstylist so I work with water and color and my nails always hold up amazing! Best salon I’ve ever been to

I looked at so many reviews and even searched far and wide for a good nail salon. I thought i had found one here but i’m so unsatisfied.i left with gaps in my acrylics and the design is pretty much NOTHING like i asked for. My friend that was with me speaks Vietnamese and was able to tell me all of the (rude) things they’re saying about us. On top of everything i was there for 3 hours and paid $130 for nails that i hate.never going to a nail salon again.

Just say NO! Rude! Second time trying to get in there and still they are rude!

Job is not good! Polish is pitted and bumpy. I should have painted my own nails!

Affordable and quality manicures & pedicures. (I can't comment on their other services.) I recommend going on weekday morning when it's not crowded, and there's no wait

The color came out so nice but the service was even better everybody in that nail shop was so nice I've never been to a nail shop that was so nice to their customers

I am constantly amazed at the talented women who work at this salon. They always provide great service and make me feel pampered. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails!

Pros: The new owner who did my nails was very friendly and answered questions about the dip process in detail. My full dip set on natural nails was $45+tip.

Cons: In showing me her technique, the tech repeatedly went back and forth with the e-file, using it on my nails and then on herself without sterilizing or even cleaning the tools. My nails started chipping and breaking the very next day and I had to completely redo them by the end of the week to save my nails from breaking even more. Color choices were dated/limited, and the shop isn’t well ventilated so it’s like walking into a cloud of acetone and acrylic chemical smells.

It’s ok in a pinch I guess, but I wouldn’t go back.

Mung is awesome! I'm always bringing her crazy design ideas and she has not disappointed me yet!
