I just refinanced our home through Landings Credit Union and was very impressed by AVP Mortgage Lending, April Melgoza’s assistance with our loan. I loved that way she assured we got the best interest rate on our refinance and how she followed up through the whole process so we knew exactly where we were in our loan. 10 stars in customer service, each time I called with questions, readily available!
Service service service! I've owned a retail business for close to 30 years in Tempe. Trying to get a PPP loan from the big banks was near impossible when Covid crashed down upon us. My bookkeeper suggested a smaller local bank and Cecilia/Jake at Landings made things so easy for us. Not only did they get my PPP loan approved but were so communicative thru the whole process. I'm one of those PPP success stories. It truly did what the program was designed for. We used the funds to hire back 85% of our staff and had we not just gotten PPP second draw, we would have been forced to have more furloughs.
I just refinanced my auto loan with Landings CU, and I have to say that I am extremely impressed with their services. Kathy was able to bring down my awful interest rate from another company all the way down to an incredibly low rate! As an ASU student, I obviously don’t have a bunch of extra cash sitting around, so I’m happy that they were able to save me so much money. Also, the new online services are great- they even offer a Quickpay option that’s pretty much just like how other banks offer “Zelle”.
This bank was unprofessional when it came to closing my account, there was a heated conversation prior to my visit and the manager used that as an excuse to be rude and not willing to listen to my frustrations. I went to a different branch hoping to get assistance and close my account only for that location to disclose various steps needed to close and shut down payments on my account. When I explained this to the tempe location they didn’t explain why or even say sorry that the steps were not explained to me a customer. I am not a banker and they should have explained what i needed to do instead of me assuming and having to pay additional fees.
Been banking with them for 4 plus years and I had one credit card dispute and they don’t even help me get my money back. I gave them all my information and evidence and they close the claim without even telling me and refuse to help me out. They don’t care about you one bit there customer service is as low as it can be
Hardly any wait at all! Always super friendly to me. No-nonsense. Everything is accurate, when I check my balance. No fees:)
I thought Landings was OK until I had a much better experience after switching to a different credit union. It turned out I had just set the bar too low, since I was so used to Landings' services. I was a member for 15 years and will never go back, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Their website, their app, and their staff are all lacking in helpfulness compared to the services I'm getting now elsewhere.
Called just to ask a representitive a question. Was placed on hold and told by the bot on the phone I was caller number 1 in a queue of 1.5 minutes later, still no answer and was transferred to an automated message saying that there are no representitives available to take my call and to please leave a message. Can't wait to switch to Chase.

I opened my account back on 1989 and I LOVE LANDINGS CREDIT UNION. You will not find a better group of people! They are so helpful! Any branch you go to they are friendly! They get to know their clients and are outgoing, courteous and always there to help!
I joined with TSCU in the mid-80's - Landings is still the same. Great fees, great rates, and extraordinarly customer service. The staff have recently helped me travers an issue with fraud - they have been outstanding!
Over the course of the past year I bought a house in New Mexico. Tons of paperwork and funds to transfer and make payments, especially when we did the renovation. The manager was INSANELY helpful and more than PATIENT as we notarized and made certain everything was in order. Talk about great customer service!
I opened an account with Tempe schools Credit Union in 1988. I was never charged a Service Fee to keep my money in a checking or savings. Landings CU buy’s them out and now I’m being charged $7.50 a month to have an open account.
What am I being charged for Landings CU? They also stopped all overseas wire transfers.

I have been with Landings now for 3 years and I love it there, great service, easy banking, couldn't ask for more.
As for the fella saying they care monthly for checking and savings account.that is a complete lie.
