I’ve purchased 3 bikes from Landis and all encounters have been very pleasant. Today they squeezed me in to replace a cassette on my mtb when they are scheduled a few weeks out. They are super friendly and I appreciate their knowledge. They will continue to get my business!

I've been going to this bike shop since 2001. That's when I moved in the neighborhood close to them. I have a onguard bike lock that I bought at this location 7th Avenue and Indian school. 18 years later I've still have the same bike and lock. Nobody has broken the lock. I've always buy all my tires there. Either fo a mountain bike or road bike. They at Landis have always been friendly and kind. They have always answered all my questions. Heck you never going to know till you ask. They are helpful and very knowledgeable. And will do what ever they can to help you and your bike. I dont know about you but my bike no matter what I ride is part of me. And I'll tell you what. That's trust.

I bought a product from these guys and thought that I could set it up my self. I went home and promptly broke it beyond repair. I brought it back and they were very helpful in replacing it and setting me up the right way. They went above and beyond and I appreciate it

Knowledgeable staff, local shop and great bikes. They don't try and hard sell you and listen to your needs. Good repair shop also.

Gage was awesome and helped me get exactly the right helmet. I have a big head, so finding a helmet big enough in circumference but not so deep that it mashes my sunglasses onto my ears and nose has been near impossible. Gage saw what I needed and within two or three helmets found the perfect fit! Excellent prices and military friendly.

They were honest courteous knowledgeable and they didn't charge me for the little Minor Details to fix my bike I appreciate that

They where very aggressive with there profieling. And really just made me not even want to be in there when i was ready to spend over 500$ on a bike and they judged me becouse of my back pack well little bit they know that was where my money was at so they lost out on a good purchase today sorry guys better luck next time.

These guys were great. I had a problem with my bike and they let me borrow tools to fix it right there. Very nice people.

Quality products and the staff was extremely helpful. I was able to try out a couple of bikes and found the proper fit for me as well. I had several questions as I've never owned a nice bike before. I went with the Trek Roscoe 7 and so far I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Had some minor issues with my bike that I feared were not so minor, brought my bike in and they checked it out, fixed the minor issues and were extremely helpful. Awesome service. Well be going to Landis for all my biking needs.

Rob was super friendly and helpful when I visited at the end of a week long bike trip and needed my bike packed and shipped home. Rob was super accommodating by letting me leave as much gear with the bike as possible. Whoever ended up packing it did an ace job, as my bike showed up safe & sound and was nice and secure in the box.

Brought my sons bike in for a flat tire. They changed both front and back tubes in 20 mins and for a very reasonable price. They saved me so much time and money I cant thank you enough
