I just love this store, and I'm a loyal customer. Bras and panties for all sizes. GREAT bra sale bogo 2nd for $20.00

I usually love Lane Bryant and they usually have great service. But I was so disappointed in this store. I went in to pick up my order I had shipped to this store. I spoke to the lady at the front that greeted me. I advised what I needed, she asked for my name and I provided it. She then spoke into her clipped on microphone, she then looked at me and stated that they would bring it out in a few minutes. I thanked her and looked around while waiting, in the meantime there was a lady ringing up a customer. Then another person checked out, then a lady came in with a return and was quickly helped and now the line had grown to 5 people. 15 minutes has past and still no one had brought out my order, so again I approached the lady I spoke to when I walked in and at this point I was informed that the lady ringing was the one who had to get my order from the back but she had to finish ringing. I asked why did you not tell me to get in line? She said oh I thought she would be done, but you have to wait until she is done ringing. So several people who entered the store after me was helped and retrieved their purchases and left, returns were done etc, while I stood there after they came in after me. This is unacceptable and I was not able to retrieve my item because I was again told when the line dies down the lady at the register could get my order. I did not have that kind of time to stay there. So my time was wasted and now I have to go back which I am not happy about but I already paid for my order. As much as I love lane Bryant’s clothes, I will not continue shopping there because the one nearest to me is this store. I lived on the west side and that store was great, but sadly this is the closest store to me and they have wasted enough of my time.

Always a clean, fresh store. Friendly staff all the time, they are all always willing to help you and dont crowd you ir pressure you to buy anything.

Jackie was awesome! Excellent assistance helping me choose items. She helped me with a bra fitting it was extremely knowledgeable. The store was clean and other staff was friendly. Very happy with my experience.

Only person in the store. Was in there for 5 minutes and not one person asked if I needed any help. Just stood behind counter and talked to each other. Walked in expecting to spend some money and left with empty hands and a wallet full. Good thing I found what I needed next door where there was customer service. Very disappointed Lane Bryant!

I came in to get sized and buy a couple bras, there was one lady who was super sweet however she didn't feel well and didn't want to get her germs close to me so she asked another associate to size me, this lady audibly sighed and was rude about sizing me. After I looked around for 5 minutes I had like 3 or 4 bras I wanted to try on and the lady who sized me literally ignored me and pretended I didn't exist. I got frustrated as the first lady who was nice was with another customer so I put down the bras I wanted to try and left. Because of the service I received from the second lady I will not be back by any means.

I was delightfully surprised to walk into Lane Bryant and find clothing that I genuinly liked! They have really improved on their selection for attractive clothing for plus sized women. Great quality, bit expensive, but still loved them! This store was clean, organized, staff was very helpful and friendly! Love them now!

Great place to shop. Location is great and staff is great.just not a fan of the over priced clothes.

One of the ladies working was very helpful the other gave me a rude stare. I can understand not liking your job but you're paid to be nice and polite.

Great clothes for plus size but since I was there for a while, I wish they had a restroom. Had to go to another store. Other than that, the salespeople are wonderful!

If i buy clothes online I have them delivered to this one. They have a good select in case I need to exchange.

Awesome place to buy bras if you have a large breasts. The prices are to high. I never shop without a coupon!
