Larronata Condominiums reviews
8 Beware: More scorpions than you will ever imagine.
Parking is so so.
Pool is nice, but doesn't get a lot of sunlight.
Units are spacious, but outdated.
Overall 3/5 due to proximity of location.
Great complex amenities, quiet neighbors, nice landscaping but MAJOR SCORPION PROBLEMS!
Excluding November to March, the remaining months of the year the scorpions are a constant problem. Be prepared to spend some money to keep them out of your home and away from you, your pets and kids. The landscaping walls and pool areas are the most affected by the scorpions. The main clubhouse/ gym also has plenty of scorpions hiding inside.
Parking is also a bit difficult during the busy season (fall and winter) due to vacation rentals and other non-owner tenants.
WiFi is a must because cell service is spotty for most carriers inside the condos and at the outdoor areas like the grills and pools.
They also spray a strong artificial cinnamon perfume throughout the gym and clubhouse that sticks to your clothes and hair if you spend a half hour or more in there.
Most of the condos seem to have problems with the original windows too. They track systems are old now and cheap to begin with. Meaning that the windows don’t close, won’t seal and/or won’t stay open properly. Which costs money in AC and means bugs have an easy entry point to get inside and escape the heat.
The landscaping company the HOA hires does a really good job making the grounds look nice year round. Mature trees and the winding landscaped sidewalk path out front stands out from the other condos in the area. A wash for rain runoff also keeps traffic noise down a bit on the west side of the complex.
The floor plans are open and make a medium sized condo feel spacious with lots of natural light in each room. Most have updated kitchens and a large laundry room.
The worst experience ever! HOA is terrible and yes, they do harass! Parking is a huge problem. Be prepared to walk far to get to your apartment. We have lived in other apartment complexes and this is the most unfriendly, unapproachable place to live!
I have lived here for two years. It’s a great place to live. It’s a younger environment with two pools and an awesome gym in the complex. Complex is very clean and maintained.
Great Location, community is well maintained HOA is reasonable, have represented happy tenants and owners here.
This place this terrible including the HOA who also doesn’t live in Arizona by the way! Like really this place also changed their name! I don’t know if someone else owns it or what but on Yelp the “Original” name had so many bad comments and low ratings. Please don’t go to this horrible, unwated, terrible Larronata Condominiums!
Horrible community, horrible HOA. Google them, the management trust is their name. They will constantly harass, bully, and try and profit off homeowners by any means to generate profit. Hoa run by unprofessional management company that has a history that speaks for itself. President and HOA Board members act like they do homeowners a favor taking on their positions. Nobody is making you take those positions, you don't like it, then LEAVE! Save the position and space for someone who cares for the community and the homeowners. These people are all in the business of profiteering off the homeowners back by any means. Generating revenue by penalizing homeowners for almost ANYTHING!
Mediocre at best. In the cooler months it is almost impossible to find parking. The pools are not 24 hours and the gym is small. However, it is a quiet community with a great location.
