Horrible experience. When i scheduled an appointment i made it clear that i need my cars battery changed. I told them i need to be in and out since i have a newborn at home. They said it will not be a problem.
I went in for my appointment. I told the guy that i had warranty on my battery (I only had this car for over year). He told me that its written here in black and white that there is no warranty on my battery.
I told him i need get home & i will just pay for it. I will find paper work and come to get refund cause i know its under warranty.
I waited outside for someone to start working on my car and no one came. I than asked a employee who was coming toward my car and told him i need get gome to my newborn.
He went inside and talked to guy who checked me in. He told me my car battery will be changed in 20 minutes but i have to wait 2 hours for battery to get here.
The guy inside told me they have battery and i can pay when there done with installation.
The guy who told me it'll take two hours for my battery to get here told me that my battery was in warranty and i have get the exact battery for the warranty to apply.
I told him that the guy who checked me in told me it wasnt so go ahead and put the battery you guys have and i will pay for it.
The guy went back to talk to guy to checked me. 15 minutes passed and no one came to tell me whats happening. Its 111 outside in AZ.
I went in & the guy who checked me in who told me that i did not have warranty on my car battery is now telling me i have warranty on my battery suddenly and i have to go to dealership to get it.
I felt that i was being mistreated due to the color of my skin.
I called customer relations and talked to Joey who i explained the situation to. I was told that he was the director to the dealership. Joey had me drive to the dealership in Mesa and got my cars battery changed.
Horrible two hours wasted. Never will go or recommend ford to anyone.
I will continue to share my story as this should not have happened.
Got me in fast and fixed my air conditioner within a day. It was 118 outside, so very much appreciated. Would highly recommend…it was great service. Two thumbs up.
Was referred by MY TCA warranty. I was happy they told me that it was the air compresser got it fix. Was told motor mounts were going bad.that l had to take it back to the dodge dealership. Dodge said there alternator is bad pulleys and belts too along with the mounts. Not happy that they didn't find this stuff wrong with my car.
In and out quick. Service is a goal from this location. Will return if I have issues with my truck
