Purchased a number of cars here but the best part of the process is the service department. Andrew and his team have been phenomenal over the years. Andrew has always been kind, courteous, and enjoyable to talk to and deal with. He is always flexible and helps plan what works best for your schedule. You have no idea how it feels when big time brands like VW lie, cheats, or your workers use big fancy technical car part words to make a women believe that the car got the BEST of care done.
After we bring the car home and a few days go by we hear the same problems accruing.
First of all the car went in for re-call parts to be inspected, then they tell u we got bigger problems and it needs immediate attention very soon. So i end up paying a BIG PRICE to have it fixed! -ONLY to find out the mechanics took short-cuts and didn't go thru with all of the work that needed to be done. We find out by accident at a auto shop some 56 miles away what it really was And it took this guy 20 minutes to get it fixed and the best part if it This guy didn't charge us a penny for his services. (of course we tipped him). You so called manager and mechanics should be more then ashamed and fired! I hope women out there read this because i am for sure spreading this experience and hoping people will be aware of your service center and how management is lacking knowledge and awareness of his duties shame on u Mr. Miller.
Caution when buying a "Brand New Car". We purchased a car back in September of '22 and have only taken the car to VW for our regular maintenance. On two occasions, we have also informed the techs that the pressure on the tires were slightly low. Both times, we were informed that is "natural". However, just recently we took our vehicle in recognizing one tire was now loosing pressure at a rapid rate and I inspected the tire to look for any nails. When we went back to VW they informed us there was a patch in the tire that was failing, therefore they "repatched" the failed patch.
I am gravely concerned that we purchased a "Brand New" Car, however they sold it with a used/repaired tire and never informed us. In addition, a find it highly irregular for a dealership to suggest the solution is to also repatch a failed patch and not replace it. (we have tire/wheel warranty)
Car has been in service department for 3 days after I scheduled an appointment for a check engine light they still haven't even looked at it. They don't return phone calls
I purchased a CPO car here, buying online sight un-seen. Prior to the purchase, the sales rep was responsive and helpful. However, literally as soon as the transfer of funds happened, service was terrible.
I had the car shipped to me, and was not notified by the shipper to which day the car would arrive. Luckily I just happened to be home and available when the driver called me and told me he was here.
The car arrived as described and photos matched well. I was disappointed to learn the car only had one key and missing front foot mats. To be fair I didn't ask about this, but it was a surprise. Complaining about this didn't yield me even a discount on these parts.
The car arrived with zero paper work about the sale. I attempted to contact the service rep for weeks to get copies of the mountain of paperwork I signed. I called the dealership seperately, and instead of handling it, forwarded me to call an internal staff in the financial dept. He was helpful, but it was still weeks after that until I actually received digital copies of the paperwork I requested.
I was initially told that the title would be handled electronically through the e-title service, but then a paper one randomly showed up in my mailbox.
I imagine in-person sales go more smoothly there, as they are more common, but if you are buying from a distance, be aware what you're getting into.
My maintenance experience was always poor. Minimal communication. No warm welcome. Provided services prematurely. Rude staff.
The customer service is amazing! Robert and Darrel went above and beyond. From Robert bringing me the paperwork to get the process started, to Darrel staying late to finish it all up. Truly appreciate them both! Would highly recommend this team hands down!
I was getting tired of visiting dealerships but Victor came out to welcome me that was really special. He was very knowledgeable of all the questions I asked and of course very patient.
Not good. I made an appointment but it still took a week sitting on your lot before anyone looked at the car. No complaints about the repairs, except for recommended services l did not need. I changed filters week before & flushed coolant & brake fluid just before l brought it to you for transmission service.
I spoke to person in charge at pickup, his polite reply amounted to, so sorry, too bad.
Our experience was terrible. We had an appointment set up for Thursday to have the engine checked due to a clanking noise when in idle. I received no communication until Tuesday. I also requested to purchase the 2 for 1 oil package and when I went to pick up the vehicle the oil was not changed.

Karl was the sweetest man ever. He was so kind and helped me out so much. Explained everything I needed with my car and was genuinely so sweet to my kids. He gave them a ball and checked on us a few times as we waited. 10/10 will be returning because of Karl.
My overall experience was excellent from the very beginning to final approval to the end. Victor Gunnells did an outstanding job through and through and I can't thank him enough.

All times I gotten my vehicles back exactly like they were dropped off. Friendly and trustworthy staff.
