Las Brisas Apartment Homes reviews
18The complex is very nice, probably one of the best ones i’ve stayed in. Pete from matinence is very helpful and makes sure whatever you need done gets situated.
I've only been here for 7 months and with new maintenance guy/guys it's nice to see that they are very knowledgeable about what they do at the apartment. Pete was very helpful in fixing a lot of problems I was having with my apartment.
Out of the few apartments I’ve been in, this one has probably the most friendly staff of all. Pete the maintenance man is one of the more genuine people, he actually knows what he’s doing as well. The best part is that they are pet friendly, I have a very big dog (Saint shepherd) and have had no problems with him being here.
Pete is the best maintenance of this apartment. He has been acting a good communication with fixing a good place. I giving so full stars to Pete! So blessing to him.
Pete is such an amazing employee. He made sure to come over early this morning on such short notice and help me out. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you again Pete, I really appreciate your help!
I lived here for 5 years and the new maintenance man named Pete has gone out of his way just to help me fix things in my apartment making it a better place for me to live. In the past month or so I have seen numerous positive changes in our Las Brisas community, thanks to Pete and Matt who are our maintenance crew that get things done.
Maintenance team was very quick to respond. Took care of the problems I was having quickly. They were very easy to work with. Very courteous.
Lovely staff and quiet, family-friendly place to live if not in the single-renter apartments. There are usually louder, younger renters nearby in that area.
I had moved in on a $99 deal and aside from not having to pay a deposit (thus no return of one) it was a lucky gig!
When my refrigerator stopped working, the maintenance was quick to get to my unit and do their best to solve and fix the issue. Identifying I needed a new one, Pete was in contact to get one in as soon as possible.
Just moved in pete has been great he has help with all the Maintenance and repairs that we needed in the apartment and the work he has done is great thank you
Have lived here for going on two years. Rent went up over 100 the second year and honestly there are many many days we're you cant get up take a shower cuz the hot water isn't working or it a shut off. Robert is great tho. Better than any other mantaintence man I ever had lol. Like I said about rent tho I moved her cuz of the space was great for the money was good but if it keep goin up I ain't gonna have any choice but to leave.
Robert the maintenance supervisor is probably one of the best maintenance you'll see in Casa Grande. He always had good energy and a happy spirit when you talked to him or passed by. He helped us with any issues we had in the apartment and fixed them well. Robert made living at Las Brisas more enjoyable before we left. Robert and Matt also seem like a good team as we got to see some training between the two. The maintenance supervisor is definitely worth the time to write a review, thank you again Robert!

Today was the end of my lease. I had a year lease from Feb of 2020- today. I would not be writing this today if they had not completely disregarded all respect for their tenets. My roommate and I had been slowly moving things out starting back in January, we had just a few things left on the porch to grab. My family and I had agreed to grab them today since I was going to be turning in my keys. Once we got to the apartment we realized nothing was on the porch anymore. I never got a call or an email asking for anybody to enter the apartment but there was CLEAR indications that they had already started doing maintenance/ renovations to the apartment. Today was the day I had to turn in my keys and today was the day I lost the final resting place for a beloved pet I had and planned to take with me until they threw it away.
This apartment complex is maintained well the landscape is clean and well-kept.
The office is very clean with plenty of hand sanitizer and the staff had mask on keeping the safety standards high. When speaking with management they were very knowledgeable of the leasing process, very nice and friendly personal.
Living here at Las Brisas Apts.since Oct. 2019 has been my new residence in Arizona! Maintenance is great and office staff are nice! Just check it out.
I don’t really live here but my brother does and he loves it, I do too! It’s a great place to stay and also I love the pool, the staff keeps everything in line and the pool is always 100% clean and if it’s not they will fix it right away! Come and check it out
I’ve been living here in Las Brisas for about 9 months now and I am very please with how great the staff is. Especially maintenance, if I have an issue, I let them know and they fix it that same day. I would really recommend Las Brisas apartments.
