Ever have this happen to you? I honestly never knew how much I wanted this - until I got it! My sweet daughters gifted me some laser hair removal treatments for my birthday because I don't often treat myself. You know how it is - "mom wants" are the last on the list! They had experienced it and knew just how much I would love this! (Cue Best Daughters Award music). Anyway, this has been a huge lifestyle changer! It has given me back time I normally spent on my daily personal maintenance! I feel more well groomed and clean! Who knew? !? ! Mother's Day is coming soon and so I hope they are planning to gift me other procedures from here! What mom wouldn't want to be treated? The ladies there take care of you like royalty!

Ciera, Gina, Janna are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding the services offered at Laser Away. They treated me like family immediately and I felt so comfortable with them. I have had both an IPL and a Clear and Brilliant and both have worked wonders on my skin! I don’t know how I lived without these treatments!

Great people work here, Love the atmosphere and the Ladies. Gina, Janna, and Cierra are friendly and provide you with the best informational you can possibly get. Don’t sleep on this place.

Signed up for several different services, they always seemed to be confused about what I was coming in for and how many they had done already. Then the pandemic hit and was unable to get in. Then when they reopened all the services I had purchased were not done in a timely manner and still have not been completed to this day. The last time I talked to them it sounded like they were going to refund my money and that I would not owe anything else. Still They have been taking out payments from my account for the services I was supposed to have and did not get. Very poor communication and lots of everyone not knowing what is going on. Save your money go anywhere else but here.

I just went in for my first tattoo removal session. Melissa was great and super helpful. It was t as painful as I thought it would be and I’m so excited to see the finished result once I finish all my sessions!

I’m obsessed with the Clear and Brilliant facial treatment offered here! I’ve done three out of a six part treatment and my skin has never looked better! I have struggled with acne scars and tried a plethora of professional remedies before I connected with Janna at LaserAway. What a Godsent! She is absolutely divine! She took the time to address all of my concerns and gave me a set plan to meet my skin goals. I was skeptical due to past let downs with facial treatments but after the first facial, I was sold. I’ve had loved ones ask what I’m doing to my skin and tell me it looks beautiful and glowing! I’ve NEVER received compliments on my skin before. All of the ladies at the Chandler location take their time to answer any questions and pay great attention to detail when doing treatments. This facial is not the most comfortable but the atmosphere is calming and the professionalism of the staff make you feel more than comfortable.

I had a consultation with Brittney K.at the Chandler location, wow very professional, knowledgeable as well, as personable. I was impressed, extremely happy with my results! Highly recommend excited for my next appointment.

I have no issues with the services I received at this location, I have an issue with the scheduling system. I have been attending this location for about 2 years now (pre Covid). I have had at least 5 different times over that period of time where my appointment was changed or canceled without my knowledge. The staff manipulates the schedule to their benefit, however they never called or text to verify with me. This means that all those times, I drove 30 miles one way for nothing… how unprofessional is that! There was one time that this site director rectified the situation and apologized. She said that she had put a note in my chart so that this wouldn’t happen again. Well guess what… I am sitting in this office now with a confirmed 10: 15 am appointment being told that my appt is for 12: 00 noon. As I show the front desk staff my text confirmation, she is on the phone calling management. Guess what… I’m calling cooperate as well! They have lost a loyal client, and I will NEVER return to this location. I pray this is not how they all operate! My time is valuable as well. If someone would’ve called and asked me to change my time, I would have with no problem. However, they take it upon themselves to do what they want to do.

I've been going to this LaserAway location in Chandler for a few years now. The employees there have definitely worked through my crazy hair journey.
I would like to give a shout out to Cheyenne, Cierra Janna and Vivianna. They have not only made me feel comfortable but they listen and are attentive to my needs as a patient. Thanks for the support ladies!

I would not go to Laser Away unless you want to be scammed. I had 1 laser tattoo removal session and they charge more than $700 just for 1 session. The laser had no effect whatsoever on my tattoo. You can get the same service for less elsewhere. Not to mention, I waited in a room for at least an hour after my scheduled appointment time before I was even seen for my session. I’d say the front desk staff is the only nice thing about this place.

Do not give any contact information on the online form unless you want to be spammed relentlessly. It's beyond ridiculous. Apparently it's nothing but a lead generator. I wanted pricing which is not available online. I have ZERO respect for companies that market like this. Follow up is one thing. Harassment is another.

I would never use this place again. The only reason I am given it 2 starts is because the employee there is amazing. But the coolSculpting service was not effective and a waste of a lot of money. I had no real changes from this services. Now I have to be pay Thousands of dollars for service that did not work. I been trying to resolve this issue with them for over a month and no one has been helpful. This company is very unprofessional.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! If you have special needs or are very sensitive to pain and envelope threshold to it, they work with you to see what would best make you comfortable. That's amazing because getting lasered is not a very comfortable thing to do it's one of those deal with the pain to look prettier things meaning medically necessary per se, but sometimes psychologically necessary. They will suit various needs from hair removal to tattoo removal this is a place to go!

I can't give a 5 stars to a company that clearly does not have employees enough to service their number of customers. Every time I call LaserAway to schedule an appointment they NEVER have a close day available. It is always in about 3 to 4 weeks. I truly think they should hire more nurses. It seems they only have one, because they called me to let me know the nurse would not be available on the day I was supposed to have my second laser hair removal so I needed to reschedule. The first day available will be 2 weeks later! Come on Laser Away, you guys told me I should have my sessions between 4-6 weeks. Now I am having it in 8! I have tried to schedule my lip injection. Dang! The earliest day available is in a month.: (

I just REALLY wish they had more nurses!

I Love how friendly the staff are but after my first treatment of hair removal and tattoo removal which was a lot better than the others, im a bit disappointed I wish i would have got the name of the first nurse who did my treatment, since everyone thats done the others go too fast and the tattoo removal hurts but not like the first where I saw a big difference. Now its just like a burning and stinging but the pain goes away so fast and nothing seems or feels its been done after 20 minutes! I'm waiting to see how it goes on my next session since I've heard they turn down the power of the lazer and may be doing it for not as drastic removal, but who knows will just have to wait and see.
