Was my first time ever doing laser hair removal, all of the ladies working made me feel extremely comfortable. All the staff is extremely friendly an caring. Im glad I chose this location. Can't wait too see my results. Thanks a ton ladies. Crissy

I am actually traveling for work and noticed I was due for my tattoo removal session. I have a package deal with Laser Away in Dallas, TX and have been seeing the same nurse for over 12 months. I created a fantastic relationship with her and don't trust ANYONE but her. But I called the office in AZ and got in contact with a Haley. I knew from this phone call I could trust this team. From here on out in AZ I knew this was going to be great. She went the extra mile and talked to me about my progress and said I needed to meet the laser nurse named Jill. I told her my availability and it was a bit a stretch from what she had. I have a very limited and packed work week. She told me she hang tight to see what she could do. Within 15 mins - she called me back and said Jill has availability because one of her appointments canceled last minute. I was a bit shocked by this. She made a promised and delivered. The customer services, and hospitality at this LaserAway was the best I have ever experienced. Make sure you give this location a visit and ask for Jill and Haley!

I went in for my first IPL and Clear & Brilliant treatment yesterday and I am super pleased. Angie did an excellent job in treating me and explaining the procedures. I expected to feel a lot more pain based on things I had read and I barely had any discomfort or pain. I would highly recommend this place, as they are very professional, friendly and trained very well.

Fabulous place! Treatments are great and so are all the sweet girls. Jill is definitely my favorite She always goes out of her way to ask how I'm feeling with my results and is such a perfectionist. I'm always confident when she does my treatments. Hayley is so wonderful and gives the best deals. I tell everyone about this place. Total game changer in my life. You guys have helped me so much. Must go.

OMG. What a stressful experience and I had a consultation and will never go back. I wanted only to do some touchups and I had previous laser hair removal treatments elsewere (not US) and was really happy with results and Haily keep pushing a 8 treatment packages on me. I tried to explain that I don't need it and I don't have time to come every 6 weeks, but neither she nor the nurse Jill listened. They were not even to see how much hair I have to schedule something individual! Even didn't pretend they can offer something for me considering my case. Only because the lady was sooo pushy and the prices were scammy - she just randomly showed me different prices for same treatments and the "discounts' made mo sense, I will never be back. The facility looked nice and its location is perfect for me, but I can' see that lady anymore.

Jessica R.did my first Botox session. She was so professional and made me feel really comfortable. She gave me realistic expectations on how it would feel and took her time when I needed it. It honestly didn’t hurt like I expected. She didn’t try to oversell me on the units and I felt I could trust her judgement! I highly recommend her for your treatment!

Absolutely unprofessional. I was told that a consult would occur and my appointment would follow. After being hept waiting for 30 minutes the receptionist was doing consults with the waiting patients in the lobby. When she got to me and I declined an up charge on additional services I was told I would have to return on a different day for my actual services. After she had tried to get me in the office the first day I called. She systematically treid to upsell everyone in the office. The whole place is a scam. Absolutely stay away.

This has been a good experience for me. The staff is so accommodating. Jill RN is really nice, explains what she is doing. She is concerned that you are comfortable. Haylie at the front desk is so nice. She greets me at the door like she's my best friend. She works well to schedule my appointments with my hectic job. Thanks to all of the Laseraway team.

I’ve been doing clear & brilliant with the highly trained nurses here. I always request my sessions & achieve my best results w/Jessica. I should have done this treatment years ago for my acne scarring. It has changed my face & my confidence dramatically. Thanks LaserAway!

Not exactly sure where the hospitality is when it comes to the front desk. I made an appointment for St. Patrick's Day by mistake so when I called in to reschedule, as the lady is picking up the phone, I hear her directly say, "Raven is probably calling to cancel. " Then proceeds to say Hello as if I did not hear her. I then let her know I heard exactly what she said, and if I was calling to cancel, it's none of her business. I came in on Monday, March 18th, 2019 at 10: 15am. I was just unsatisfied with the front desk service. I walk in to let the lady know that I was here for my appointment as she continues to have a conversation on the phone, she was very rude to the client on the phone. There was a young lady sitting on the couch and I proceeded to have a conversation with her. As I begin to talk the receptionist puts the client on hold to see what we were speaking about. She then told us in the lobby to hold on because she is on the phone. No one was speaking to her about anything important, I was just trying to make small talk through the rude phone conversation. As she gets off the phone, she then tells the client waiting in the lobby that the reason she has been sitting so long is because she came in for a consultation and she needed more information to get started. Then as I continue to wait, another receptionist walks in unhappy throws her stuff down, and they have a conversation about staff members. I get called in to have my service, and as I am leaving, one of the receptionists is sitting on the stairs yelling at someone on her personal phone. Overall I love this location and the ladies I meet that provide the service are so great, but we really need to do a better job on the hospitality of the front desk just because that is the first interaction the client sees first!

I hate how the associates really push you into buying packages or services. I set up a consultation and when I left I was so pressured by the front desk lady that I vowed to never go back. Even after my consultation they continued to call me repeatedly (sometimes even multiple times a day) and always at the worst times. Eventually I blocked the number.

I must say, I was extremely nervous for my first session, but Christina was amazing at treating me. She made me feel really comfortable and answered any questions I had. Also, the front desk lady was amazing! I felt welcomed and cared for. Thank you Christina!

The service here is fantastic! Haley at the front desk is very sweet. She always greets me with a smile.

And all the technicians are kind!

If you need tattoo removals, this is the place to go!

Janel has excellent customer service at the front desk and Jess (RN) was very friendly during my treatment. I fed recommend.

If i could give negative stars I definitely would! LaserAway is an awful company with procedures that absolutely do not work. They refuse to refund me for the hair removal treatments I received even though my body hair is 10X worse than it was before I ever had any treatments done and in my contract it doesn't state that I cannot be reimbursed for this. The company is a scam and I do not recommend them. I wish I never had any work done through them.

The front receptionist was more than helpful explaining my appointment. I worked with the nurse practitioner, Nicole she was very thorough for my Botox appointment!

Finished three treatments of laser tattoo removal and I am going somewhere else after my experience. The nurses were lovely, the receptionist Hailey was a nightmare. Removing an unwanted tattoo should be a comfortable procedure and you shouldn’t have to feel belittled. After I refused to apply for credit that Hailey kept pushing on me she started asking me very personal questions like, “Do your parents pay your bills? ”, “How are you going to build your credit? ”, “ Do you have credit cards? ” And other personal questions I did not feel comfortable answering in their front office where other customers were present. She even made snooty faces at me. Anyway, she just made it super uncomfortable at every single appointment. Glad that’s over and I am going somewhere that treats their clients with integrity and respect!:)

Christina is Amazing! I get my Botox and Laser treatments done by her. She is very professional and I just love her technique. I am extremely satisfied with laser away and I felt very taken care of. I suggest requesting christina at the 44th/Camelback location for your Botox, fillers, and laser.

Shelby at the front desk is UNREAL, I miss her when she goes out of town. She is the reason I switched to this location, because she treated me way better the the "other" locations. This location is the best IMO.

Also Christina is the best with fillers and any other treatment! Honestly she is the best I've have 5-6 other people and she is by far the best. The experience with her is way different she truly cares and takes time to create the most beautiful you!
