They are making appointments for me. I never made an appointment and this is twice now I have appointment reminders. Scam. Don't give then your information!

Twice now, my refill appointment has had to be rescheduled. The first time, I was on my way there and was called 20 minutes before to reschedule hours later. The second time, they wanted to reschedule and couldn't get me in for two weeks. Needless to say, I will be finding another lash studio.

Bella is awesome! I was having issues with my lashes falling out within a few days. After explaining this to Bella, I decided to give it one more try. I just went in for fills yesterday. First time ever, since they they never stayed on long enough. I'm happy with her work! Thank you Bella!

This was my first time coming to this location after seeing good reviews online. All I can say is that I’m very displeased with my experience. It has been barely two weeks and all of my eyelashes gone. I called the location to explain and they offered to schedule me with another technician. Once I arrived I was told since all of my lashes had fallen out I would need to be rescheduled and I would be charged for a full set despite the eyelashes not even lasting two weeks.

I randomly selected Lash Envy for my lash extensions. I was assigned to Val who is very kind, professional and skilled in her work! She suggested a lash for me and am completely satisfied with quality and appearance of my extensions. I highly recommend Val to help you achieve your best lash look. Amazing!

Have been here twice.both times for a lash removal. First time was great although I’m not sure who I had. Second time I had Bree and did not have a good experience. Not only did she tug and pull out lashes during the removal but she also was breathing in my face which was a first. Lastly as she went to cleanse my lashes she got water and cleanser in both ears. Very annoyed, won’t be coming back.

They can produce a good set of lashes, but the style of policies before people has pretty consistently given me bad taste for this company. A bad experience with a policy made me cancel my membership before, and a revisit today had more bad experiences with the policies that has me never desiring to return. Just as a word of suggestion, client loyalty brings in much more prosperity then nickle and diming your clients. Policy consequences create resentment in your clients and drives them away. Costing you more in the long run. To be good at serving people we must first love people and care about thier experience. Granted, my way of doing business may just be different. But high quality clientel that feel like they are part of my family are willing to pay premium prices because they know they are going to well cared for, no matter what. But you do you, I just don't resonate with it.

Bella was amazing! She was so kind and had the lightest hand ever! I got my lashes done for my birthday and they look so so good and i am so excited to show them off! 10/10 AMAZING

On 4/3 I went into the Lash envy At Dana Park to make an appointment for a lash fill. This was around 12: 30 pm. I made the appointment in person for the following week, 4/10 at 1: 30. I show up for said appointment on time and am told that I in fact do not have an appointment, despite having made the appointment in person and that they were fully booked up for the day. The person delivering the bad news was very nice about it so i cannot get mad about that, but the booking receptionist had blonde hair but I did not catch her name. I can't recommend this place as I did not receive a service I was hoping to have. The only impression I do have is that bookings are not followed through on.

Nice place. The girl who I paid for the extensions was very nice. But even the girls I work with couldn't tell I had extensions. I have to now take this afternoon off and hopefully I can find somewhere I can get extensions before I leave.

I wish I could rate a millions stars for Sydney. I freaking love Sydney to the moon and back, I literally feel at home when shes doing my lashes. I even get sad when it’s over because I just have such a great experience with her EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Words can’t express how grateful I am for having such an amazing, funny, caring lash technician. Thank you so much Sydney for making me feel like a beautiful woman every time!
