Last Chance Clearance Store, Phoenix AZ

Poor crowd control, half of the merchandise is trash. It's only worth coming here when it's the least busy, and you gotta get pretty lucky to find anything worth buying.

So incredibly unorganized. Some good priced clothing and shoes l. I would buy tons if I could find anything. Wrong sizes in wrong places, pants with shirts and skirts, it's a $h! T show there. But there are some hidden gems.

I hope they will replace the shopping carts with baskets. Some people get in shopping mode and don't act care about others or aware they exist in this world. Blocking the aisles is a bit of a trouble.
There are rules in the store you will learn in time. There are seperate lines for entering the store, entering to designer area, shopping cart, etc. I was tired at the time. I was able to start looking at things. If you are not so ambitious, go 30 mins after the store opening.

The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional! I understand it’s a discounted store but they definitely can use the highest level of customer service training! The female asian employee (she might be a manager) is also discriminatory!

It's a welcome sight and site as you travel to the LA Port a day ahead of your scheduled cruise. Denny's next door is all you need. The Superbird sandwich isn't what it used to be but breakfasts are always good at Denny's. D

You can find great deals here, that is the good part.
BUT, it’s always wrecked which is sort of to be expected, they don’t have enough shopping carts, people that come here can be extremely rude and aggressive. I’ve never had so many bad experiences with shoppers.
Just be aware this place makes some people absolutely feral.
A lot of the cashiers are nice, but some of them completely lack customer service.
Just know if you shop here it takes time and patience.
