L'Auberge de Sedona

We had a couple of issues from a previous stay that we brought up to Bill, the General Manager. He connected us with Angelica, his Reservations Manager. Between the two of them, they were able to help us when booking our next visit. Everything went perfectly! Their service truly matched the beauty of their resort!

The service and experience at L'Auberge are unsurpassed. There is no better place to get away to relax and unwind. First-class rooms and views to die for are icing on the cake. Hands down the best resort in Sedona.

The restaurant food did not live up the the expectations of the resort. A resort such as yours should have food that transports a guest. The food currently served presents as 5 star but tastes 2 star. Your 5 star resort and 5 star staff should not have to serve your 5 star guests 2 star food.

It was so relaxing and beautiful. I stayed in a cottage on the creek was so peaceful and quiet. I loved the outdoor showers. I hotel is perfect to get away from stress. All the staff were excellent. I mostly used room service because was out during the day and doing school work at night. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend staying there.

Not nearly as nice as I expected for the cost. I also forgot my Apple Watch and iPhone charger in our room, but housekeeping never brought them to lost and found. I’d expect way better service for a 5 star hotel.

It’s nice they allow dogs, but we will stay at the Amara from now on. This place is not worth the fuss.

2 stars for the setting the staff was rude an the lunch menu was awful an give me a break 24 bucks for a hamburger out of there mind wont go back

We have come to L’Auberge for years but apparently not since they have expanded or been bought. I made reservations weeks ahead to sit on the creek for a mother’s day surprise. Upon arrival I was told they were not seating at the creek, they had left Message (I never got one). I asked to sit on the porch at least and was told they couldn’t accommodate us. We were seated in a dining room, freezing cold, yet perfectly sunny out the whole time we ate at Etch. The hostesses were beyond unfriendly, the menu ridiculous for lunch and priced ridiculously. We will never return, so sad.

Absolutely worst experience at the Cress resturant. We left without even eating so to not prolong the torturously bad service we got any longer. I showed up with my wife and 2 kids at 10: 55 for 11am reservation to brunch. You know the glorified buffet where I serve myself but it still will be a $210 meal for my family. They said 10 min to sit, at 11: 10 my wife asked on status and said they would be clearing a specific table and pointed at it, be few min. Ok no problem. 10 more min go by kids whining hungry, others have shown up and been seated and my wife is very hungry. By the way this is our anniversary weekend and the fancy meal I had picked. We at that point inquired again and the hostess proceeded to say they were short staffed and behind it would be 5 more minutes. Another 10 min at 1130 the server for upper tables that had nothing to do with brunch heard us complaining and cleared the table herself, so much for the regular staff. Hostess again said we are short staffed, I watched these two for the 30 min. Not once did they lift a finger to help the operation. Not once did I see a manager helping or doing anything. At this point I said why do I even want to give them my money and cut and run. The manager finally did show up to argue with my wife at 1140 that it was our fault for asking for a table? !? !? ! So listen to the many reviews that are poor on this place, it is true. They rely on it being a fancy setting and having fancy uniforms but that's it, service doesn't matter cause of that I guess. Funny as my jeep tour person the day prior said it wasn't any good any more and was basically still surviving off being good in the past. How right she was! We went to the pump house where we had a great time for 1/3 the price. Avoid this place, wish I had!

Don't go to brunch after 1. The food has been sitting out most of the morning and they don't replace it. Not a very good value for the money spent. The best thing they have going is the atmosphere of the creek.

Cute accommodations and super friendly staff. Also dog friendly we really enjoyed ourselves here.

The room was beautiful and the setting is more beautiful. I was there for a work retreat so I didn't get to use spa. Location was great as you could walk to lots of places. I would definitely come back.

Location is so great, making for an unbelievable ambience - and service was a match for that. Only reason for taking a star off was we could not sit by the creek - and though we were outside it was not as good.

Not enough covered parking for all guests, tried to reach concierge 3 times but was never available, rooms were nice however bathrooms were outdated and not very clean. We had dinner at the etch and had to wait an hour to be served, food was mediocre with no healthy options and cocktails overpriced. Pool area was ok. No manager available 24/7. Expected better amenities and better service for price paid. Absolutely not worth to pay highest price in Sedona.

Delightful shady outdoor lunch spot right on the Creek. Good food, excellent service, valet parking covered when you have lunch. Bit overpriced.

What is there not to like! Been here many times. Always an enjoyable experience. My favorite for Sedona.

The hotel is nice to stay at and well maintained. It's nice that other than the restaurant and bar, no tipping is needed. The hotel is well maintained and staff is very friendly (exception of the night staff). The reatruant does need some work on timing and food quality. But overall, it's a good place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful property! Make your Sedona stay amazing and stay at a one of a kind property!

This has got to be best place to eat a fabulous meal, while overlooking the river. Delicious food all the way, with professional and friendly service!
