This place is pretty nice. Everything is fresh and well taken care of.
CON: there are very few small size washers so you are kinda forced to pay almost 6 bucks for a very small load if 1 of the 3 small washers are used. I'd recommend going across the street if you only have a few to wash. The selection of small washers is better.

Very friendly, very helpful.nice to know people are not just a number but they have faces and a name. Even if it I'd just a number they are really good at customer services and genuine on the person's needs. Thank you!

Washers get clothes thoroughly clean in a short time, on any of the settings. The dryers are amazing - laundry dry in less than 30 minutes. Always clean. Staff is excellent, friendly, & helpful! Fantastic place!

If you are one of those people who are a little iffy about laundromats, this review is for you! LaundroLab is an answer to your needs if you don’t want to spend all dang day doing laundry, and if you want to peace of mind that you’re going to a clean place. The laundromat itself is so clean, including the restrooms. The machines are very well kept, efficient, and wow those dryers are quick! My whole experience was made even better by the attendant, Tony, who saw I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when I first walked in and came to my rescue. He helped me download the app (which is so easy and great if you don’t like carrying cash), educated me about the different machines, and checked on me just to make sure I was good. I hardly ever write reviews, but I hope everyone gives this wonderful place a shot! Thanks again, Tony, for the great experience!

Tony was the attendant and more than patient helping us load the app needed to pay for the washer and dryer. Then taught us how to use our phones to watch our laundry. The washers and dryers are amazing and clean and quick so it’s worth the expense of this high level laundromat. It’s great to do all the bedding at once. Just know once you put your money on the card you can’t take it back off so be careful how much you load. It’s the best laundromat we’ve been to in Mesa.

When our dryer broke and couldn’t be immediately replaced I was pretty bummed thinking about having to drag all my laundry to a laundromat. Luckily I found Laundrolab! It is super clean with plenty of new machines available, fully stocked vending machines and a super friendly & helpful staff. They also have a loyalty program that earns points for free dryer time. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

This has been such a great laundromat! Our washer broke and we were able to do laundry for a family of seven in two hours! The staff was so helpful and kind, even with our kids running around! It was clean and I would definitely recommend it!

This place is always so clean and the employees are always so welcoming and kind. I am sorry sometimes people have bad days. But doing some laundry can clear your head. And just be thankful for the ability to be able to get my clothes cleaned. Got to love American businesses

Easy to use and very good service. You save on the drying since you get reward points with the app. Someone stole my laundry bag. I didnt know how I going to take my laundry home. The person in charge gave me a new laundry bag. No charge. There are lowlifes out there I know who took it. She was the only one around.but also good people. Thank you again
