Lava Car Wash, Nogales AZ

Beware before choosing Lava Car Wash for your car cleaning needs. My recent visit was nothing short of a frustrating ordeal. Despite paying extra for specific add-ons, the machines consistently failed to deliver the promised services. The absence of hot water and the incomplete cleaning of the car’s underside, for which I paid extra, were major letdowns.

To make matters worse, the attitude of the managers at this establishment was incredibly disappointing. When I approached one of them to address the issue, I was met with extreme rudeness. Instead of acknowledging the problem, the manager’s response was dismissive and accusatory, insinuating that my complaint was a ploy to get something for free, which couldn’t be further from the truth.

It’s disheartening to see a business resorting to such tactics, neglecting their customers’ concerns, and failing to deliver the services they promise. What’s more concerning is the apparent lack of accountability and the feeling that they can get away with such behavior simply because customers remain silent.

As a consumer who believes in fair treatment and quality service, I refuse to stay silent when faced with such dishonest practices. My experience at Lava Car Wash in Nogales was disappointing, and I strongly urge others to reconsider choosing this establishment until they prioritize customer satisfaction and address their service issues.

I like it a lot! The car is washed with a lot of soap, and it is very well washed, in fact I don't even dry it and it still remains super clean! I highly recommend it!

Staff needs to be more helpful with the elderly. Elderly couple in front of us were having trouble paying and after 10 minutes the older women had to get out of her car to get someone from the staff.

Very bad, the girls are very bitter, you say something to them and they get angry. Apart from that, they don't put the roller on top of the car and one of them tells them and they get angry.the other thing is that I was cleaning the inside of the car and it had music and they told me that the turn off.you ask them who is in charge and they don't tell you

This is my 1st time going here, and although it was overpriced, I subscribed to a medium monthly plan. Unfortunately, they were understaffed - only 2 people working the whole thing that I could see. And the car wash continually pushed my side view mirrors in, and nobody was there to pull them out. Being disabled, this is a huge inconvenience. Finally, it left visible residue on my paint and windows.

I regret subscribing and canceled my first month - but wait, there's more! When I went in to cancel, they told me there was a $6 cancelation fee. I told them that it was absolutely ridiculous to try to charge someone more money when they were telling you to stop charging them at all. They ended up charging me zero cancelation fee - at my insistence.

Nogales has only a couple of automatic car washes, and it seems the staff here treat their clients with indifference and even disrespect because there are no good alternatives locally.

Mister Car wash out of Tucson is much better.

Terrible service. I want to post this so it doesn't happen to you. The rear bumper was raised with one of its machines and it broke. Which they do NOT want to take responsibility for. I EMPHASIZE that the damage is not published on their "list" that they have when entering, for which they are not responsible and even so, it is worth it. The most expensive car wash of my life
