Mr. Miller and his assistant Kathy did a fantastic job helping me through a difficult divorce. Kathy was always there to explain what was going on and check on me to see if I was okay. Both Mr. Miller and Kathy went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I feel blessed to have them help me in this difficult time of my life.

Mr. Miller and his assistant Kathy provided exceptional service and support throughout this difficult divorce process. Their combined professionalism and genuine concern for my case provided me the comfort I needed. They always cut me informed and up-to-date. I am forever grateful what is a nissan law office

I would give zero stars if it was optional. I hired Mr. Miller and his team to assist with child support/parenting plan/order of protection back in November of 2020. I have gotten nowhere as of May 2021. Have yet to see a judge. I have been convinced to make choices I didn't want to make by the paralegal (it's illegal for a paralegal to give advice by the way). I was billed for conferences that have NO minute entries or existence at the courts, charged for emails that I was advised to send because of the lack of communication between attorney and paralegal, charged at 1/3 of the hour instead of our contract agreement of a 10th of an hour on 2-5 min phone calls, and have completely been charged at the Attorneys rate when I have mostly been dealing with the paralegal. I challenged the fees over a month ago and have yet to hear back.

IF YOU DO CHOOSE to work with this law firm, please ensure to keep all phone records and emails, as you will need them when they claim you owe more money than what you have given. Also request a monthly invoice, as I have received only 1 bill since they have been hired. This is a ridiculous law firm and very unprofessional.

Mike represented me some years back and did an amazing job. Since then my relationship with my ex has improved tremendously and we now get along. Mike got me what I wanted and helped lay some ground rules that have been very valuable over the years. He is one of the best!

My divorce has been a painful and emotional process. Michael and Kathy are an amazing team and took the time to listen to my concerns and give an honest evaluation of my situation. They also work tirelessly to resolve as much conflict as possible and always put the well being of the children involved first. Michael is a master at his profession and is kind and thoughtful when dealing with emotional issues.
Special thanks to Kathy, who over this year long process has gone above and beyond in working with me. Together their patience as a team and their compassionate approach to family law make this process go as smoothly as possible with the best possible outcome.

Mr. Miller represented my husband in his divorce and although he was kind, he really didn't seem to fight for my husband and his needs in court. We paid 3750 and when he went to a court date that we weren't able to attend, he didn't notify us what happened in court and we came to find out that he pretty much did nothing at the court hearing. He was confused with all the information we had given him and couldn't seem to wrap his head around the case. After that one court hearing we relieved him of his duties and asked for what we had left in our retainer. When his receptionist emailed back a week later, we OWED him a few hundred dollars! So, now we are 10,000 in debt to the courts. After all the court dates were over, the opposing attorney was asking how much we payed Mr. Miller and shook his head in disappointment. In my opinion, it was definitely not worth the money, but then again every case is different, but we were just not satisfied. It would be helpful if they would've notified us that we went over our retainer, so we wouldn't have been blindsided by how much we owed. Mr. Miller is a nice guy, but he should put his every effort into each case and actually speak up for his clients.

Said they would call back, never did. I called back just for them to say he wouldn't take the case, no reason given.
