These good folks have put up with me most a year now. Can’t ask for much more than that

Donna was really helpful, will be back Jan 1st.
Had a great stay in Jan, came back May 1st and was charged a extra $100 because we could only stay one month. Never had that before, you have to stay 3 months to get the advertised rate. We would stay 3 months, but they are full.

We have been snowbirds for five years at Lazy JR. Was a wonderful experience when Garth and Linda owned the park. Unfortunately, because of poor management we left recently. There is no trust with new management. We personally experienced four times when we were overcharged during our stay with the new manager Donna this year. I hope the new owners see this! Feel free to contact us for details. You lost many of the longtime renters because of poor mismanagement.

In response to the New Owner: Unfortunately this wasn’t a one-time event. Our first bill had an extra $400 “hand-written” charge. Was told it was for holding our storage spot. Never have we been asked to do that! Another time we received an emailed invoice charging us for items stored in a storage spot (not our things). When we went in to the office to tell Donna we were leaving, she miscalculated our final payment. Final mistake was charging us $190 electric bill for 9 days. Please note we did pay for the whole month of March even though we only stayed 9 days. Just too many mistakes to ignore. No contracts for tenants and little trust in management on whether you will have a spot from year to year.
